It looks our car is getting very little interest. So we can drop the price to 120,000 Baht ono. It's available to view in Theparasit Road, Jomtien.

Bought on Thaivisa 12 years ago. 2 owners from new. It has been a fantastically reliable car. In 12 years I've had to replace one wheel bearing and a few batteries. I've had it serviced regularly, originally with Honda, then local garage.
The paintwork needs a bit of restoration and the front seats need some work too.
It has done about 107000 kms and is taxed and insured until end of August.
We have just bought an electric car so it isn't needed any more.
Car is in Theparasit Road 5/1 Jomtien.
Looking for 150,000 baht.
Phone no. or Line 06 253 14407

Beer Laos IPA. For a while could even get it in 7-11.
When it first came out it tasted like ipa and was worth the extra but then they changed it to a kind of lemony craft beer taste so I stopped buying it. I drink Leo 8 now

Some labour offices require it is done in a proper hospital with a Syphillis VDRL blood test result.
In Bangkok I go to Blez clinic on Sukhumvit. It is just a small place but they do the blood test. I was hoping for somewhere similar in Pattaya..

Shaking beer causes it to explode. But who shakes beer? My wife brings it straight from the fridge with no shaking. 3 out of 12 bottles are like fountains

Do you know what they charge? The company has a limit on refund

I have to do my annual extension and work permit at Chang Wattana in early September.
I am living in Jomtien, Pattaya now because of Covid so need a clinic that gives the medical certificate with blood test.
Can anyone tell me the best place to go near Jomtien that can do that that will be acceptable for the work permit?

I have been buying Leo Strong 8 from Makro Pattaya recently but in a box of 12 big bottles 2 or 3 have been exploding when opening. The beer will shoot out like sparkling wine but you just never know which bottle is going to do it! I'm still buying it because I like the taste.
I started drinking Greene King when my brother used to take me to The Old Crown when I was 14. My first beer was mild and something (black?/brown?) and later switched to IPA, which was a good swilling beer! Anyone who says that Thai beer is anything similar has no taste buds.
Used to go to many beer festivals and loved the different tastes.
The IPA type cans you get here cost 100 or 130 baht but often taste old but still worth it sometimes.

Thank you very much for this! I found it on Lazada. It's 160 Baht for 900 ml. I am going to order it.
But when you said "use a hard tooth brush buy a new one just for that job" Did you think I was going to use my toothbrush for this then put it back in the bathroom LOL

Looking at YouTube videos it looks like epoxy grout might be the answer. It looks difficult to use. Anyone tried it and can offer some tips?

When we moved into our house our downstairs had about 80m2 of black tiles. But me and my wife decided to take on the mammoth task of changing them to white 60x60cm tiles. At some stage I decided I would have 5mm grout spacing. This I now realise was a mistake because the tiles are mopped every day and the grout has gone all manky (see pics)
So I would like some advice about how to improve the look of the grout. First, I should think we need to clean the grout. Can someone recommend something that works well? It's a lot of grout so something that works without too much rubbing would be best. But anything that actually works would be considered.
Once we got the grout clean can anyone recommend something that I could use to maybe fill the space between the tiles and remain flush with the tiles, and not stain even if mopped every day.
Or if someone has experience of this problem then please offer any effective advice.

Has anyone used a Thai licence and been able to use a debit card rather than a credit card?
Last time in the UK I could use my UK licence /debit card but they wanted proof of address /bills which will be impossible next time.
Does anyone know how to rent a car without credit card?

I caught bts from Onnut to Morchit about 7.20, walked to park side not car park side. Then caught a taxi, showing him a good pic my wife found with directions in Thai and English. I got there about 9am and there was almost no queue. So it took less than 5 minutes.
The taxi cost around 200 Baht each way.
The appointment didn't really work. I got no email or message back.

A appointment is not mandatory. They still accept walkins.
Thank you for your quick reply. I'll give it a go...

My annual Non B is due 26th August so the company staff member who helps with these things says I need to make an appointment with Immigration at Muang Thong Thani to do my 90 day report. I tried doing it online but couldn't get it to work. I have searched for hours but cannot find the link.
So can anyone give me a link to where I can book my 90 day report appointment?

Does anyone have any advice for a reliable IPTV service for UK TV. I am so bored with the TVMucho interface and looking to switch to IPTV using IPTV Smarters or VLC on PC and Android. I live in Jomtien and have 3bb 100/100 mb/s.

Can anyone recommend a good kitchen fitter. We have already bought and had delivered an Ikea kitchen, which we are looking to have fitted in our house on Theprasit Road.
The company we had in mind to fit it are not sure they want the job, so we are probably going to need a good kitchen fitting company.
Ikea wanted to charge for travel per km and hotel expenses.

Also have a look in Thai Watsadu. They seem to sell all the bits needed to actually make a gas cooker yourself
There's one on the Suk next to the Phoenix International School
The new house is in Theprasit Road so we often go to Thai Watsadu. I will have to take another look. Thanks :-)

I recently bougt a cheap cooker/oven/stove from Lazada. It came without a regulator. I tried lighting the oven with a handheld electric sparker (as the oven is not auto spark although the burners are).
However, it kept blowing out and because it is not auto spark the thing filled with gas! It seems a very dangerous device and because I live in Bangkok most of the time I think it is too late to return it.
So I think it needs an adjustable regulator so I can turn down the pressure.
Does anyone know where I can buy one of these in Pattaya. I need to cook my Christmas dinner so need it ASAP.
I have seen some online but no prices.
