    Yet nothing came to Harris’s mind when asked what she would have done differently. Yes, the Biden-Harris strategy was to get as many illegal aliens into the country as possible, and make them citizens as quickly as possible. So Pence was able to go against Trump, but a weak VP like Harris was cowed into compliance. No doubt Putin sees it the same way.
