Chances are that it will be a furtive trade in the future due to the confusion of laws that are sure to be enacted and their selective enforcement afterwards.
Now is the honeymoon period.
It will end when the overwhelming weight of gov't bureaucracy comes down on the players.
Taxation will be imposed on every phase of the operation.
Prices will be inflated to world class levels and your local guy will still be in business offering a better deal.

Surprised she didn't sell out and name all the names, it's not as if she had anything to lose.

It's "cui bono", professor.
In Thailand, "Qui Bono" rings foul.

Why didn't they do something to protect themselves?
A swift kick to Larry's cojones would have done what the FBI would have been unable to do at the time.

You may be right.
Even in his youth they called him "Randy Andy".

The term "slippery as an eel" always comes to mind whenever I hear Mingkwan's name or see his photograph.

I don't have the impression that Thailand needs to talk more about sex like other nations do. They do have sex
Spot on.
Growing up in the US we had plenty of "sex talk" aka "dirty stuff" and we would often act it out.

No problem there scuba...
In no time they'd be forum regulars complaining about life here in Thailand.

However bad they smelled to you in the morning couldn't possibly be as bad as you smelled - and looked - to them.
But at least they had some monetary compensation.
You didn't... 555

What reasons do you have?
For entertainment I prefer films, mostly classic but some modern.
I read mostly for information.

If you are reading for entertainment, then your points are valid.
For other reasons, then verbosity, complexity, and melodrama are minor distractions.

If an amnesty is in effect, your DL has not technically "expired" until the amnesty is lifted.
But hey, TIT, anything could happen.

Maybe because it is such an obvious solution to all their problems... unless they are being held here against their will - in jail for instance.

These pitiful misfits wouldn't be missed by anybody.

Let the buyer beware... caveat emptor is a lesson I keep learning and relearning.
A while back I got stiffed on a "Honda" weed wacker.
The owners manual had numerous mistakes in the English section.
A genuine Honda would never have such bad English in their publications.
It was my mistake entirely for not checking well enough before buying. However, the bootleg machine has been satisfactory in every way.
TIT. I will never fully understand it.
