The videos posted on my fb of the police violently pushing people off passing motorbikes and breaking car windshields with batons of people sat peacefully I would say is NOT maintaining public order in any way - just mindless violence by thugs dressed in uniforms.

At that rate , they'll be looking at another 12-18 months for the full vaccine roll out. Not good for the people or the economy.

The only way that Thailand will hit the 'worst case' scenario, will be if thailand opens up fully on January 1st, with no hoops and no demands. Q1 -1 million, Q2- 2 million, Q3-3 million, Q4- 4 million. The Chinese will not be coming for the new year, I think 3 million Westerners and Russians may come without hoops 1st half of the year, but many tourists will be slow out of the tourism starting blocks, fearing another lockdown. With continuing hoops they need to start looking at a 'Worst, worst case' scenario of 2-5 million max

If they are predicting 45,000 infections found per day, then if they dont count home tests, and pcr numbers reducing, near 100% of tests will be positive !
