    20+ years KP. 3 choices Tong Sala & just outside (best option) Seethanu (if that’s your thing) Chuloklum (nicer beaches up and coming, great restaurants)

    Prices have gone a bit crazy there of late. I would check the Facebook groups. Koh phangan house for rent. Might get lucky but have to jump on anything you like
