It is just like holland than,it the rules are changing al the time.And penang is in malysia?My house is not in the city of surin but about 6 or 7 km north of the city,the name over there is" ban chabok njam"it is on the road 214,only rice fields over there.But with the mototbike its about 15 minutes to the centre of the city.I not wanted to go live there now,but i want to see the dutch over there to say hello,and ask them some things i wanted to know,where you can buy this or where you can buy that or so.So if you have some adresses i can see them when i go on holiday,and we can drink some heineken.

I am going to the thai ambassy in holland,i am asking for an multiple entry visa,(what do i need for this,papers,money something else?)O.K. and then i am gething this visa,i fly too thailand,must i go too the thai police,or immigrants office?,to show my visa?O.K.they let me in,i live my life,every 3 months i go to cambodia(its nearby surin)to stamp and go back.O.K. after 1 year,my multple visa is running out, what am i do than.I must go back to holland,too get 1 again? or can i do this in thailand?so i can stay in thailand for ever,only just go every 3months outside the country,i forgot something?250 k or so,please tel me

Yes i also was thinking about too do it by myself.But,i think you could not just dig a hole put some iron bars en than put condrete over it.The ground is putting some pressure on the concrete,and than some cracks and bursts wil come in the concrete.You dont think so?But when it is cheap like that!Why not.

Yes,i also read this site,but its the same with everything.Some mary a thai lady and devorce the same year,and others stay for ever,some guys have all the luck.You wil never know.I also ask on a other site about a swimming pool,and they told me that it cost +/_320000 bath,but the builder stays in pattaya,and my house is in Surin.I think its better to have someone from or nearby Surin city.
By the way,were you have a house in isaan?

i am married to a thai lady(9years now)we living in the netherlands.Last year we buy some land (3 rai)en built a house on it.Now i knowe i could not own the property,but i read about the 30 year lease+30 year option.Next time i go too thailand i want too get this done.My question is, what papers or things do i need to get this done?And where do i go too?(lawyer or cityhall or else?)The place where the house is,is in the Surin district,so i must go there?.
