I'm wondering if the people that work at this aseans news place actually read the crap they write,, So which award does the other article today come under the eco friendly award when 100 Indians are sleeping on the beach here or the award for broke ass Indians that can't afford a hotel room maybe cheap accommodation award. As a former builder I can tell you that the biggest mistake is to buy through a developer the prices are so inflated it's a joke my advise to anyone wanting to build here is to first buy the land and secure the title then contact a private builder that has good references and pay in installments incase they do a runner. Never allow your Thai wife to do much never allow any one group to handle everything and never pay upfront.

I got hit in the back by a Burmese guy last week no licence no insurance no registration no helmets no brakes 3 wheeler so I called the coppers they arrived and took pictures then off to Chalong station, the cops took his passport and tomorrow I go to pick up money but that's it so I'm happy he's paying to fix the damage but in the western world he'd be in jail but this is Thailand so I'm thankful for that.

I guess rubber bullets are cheaper then real ones,,, pity
