"...the interview, conducted remotely via a translator, would be released “in a day or two” after editing is complete. "
Editing? Isn't that what Trump was suing 60 minutes over? Editing interview with Harris? For which he had no standing? Can CBS sue Tucker & get some of their cash back?

I had cataract surgery 20 years ago here, patch on eye overnight. Next day patch off, seeing 20/10, big improvement over 20/400. Not blurred at all.
He did take a short cut of sorts: think of all the steps he didn't have to take. In the shaft, it is "one and done"

Just how many of those sidecars have functioning running light? One in photo has rear totally obscured by load if even had lights. At night if only see motorcycle running lights, most assume it is just a motorcycle, maybe try to pass and there is your surprise.
I had a friend some years back who crashed into one of those "surprise" sidecars on his motorcycle. Sever back injuries were the result.
I think blame should go on the slow and deceptive motorcycle more that the auto

Sounds like a problem that is solving itself. Just sit back and watch...

How stupid can people be ?
Don't ask that question in Thailand. It's considered a challenge....
Police couldn't unlock phone? Take to yr local Thai phone shop, take care of you in a jiffy.

It's a good move, but even more important is making sidewalks and streets safe for those in wheelchairs... which I assume would also make those areas safer for pedestrians.
Maybe those who think this is a "dumb egalitarian move" ought to try renting a wheelchair for a few days and see how he likes the level of current accessibility.

You can get shot for doing less than that, never ever touch another's vehicle
Years ago in Patts there was this guy opening bar next door to gf shop... we let him store some things while he did some decorating... we were helpful... But he was a raging arse when drunk, rant fume at us, etc.
One time he drove his motorcycle up and parked it right in front of our entrance... "Anyone touch it and I'll smash them" warning....
I took a minute to put some things away and then came out, unzipping my pants so I could pee on his bike... "I didn't touch it" would be my response... but by time I got out he'd left. Real piece of work. Heard he died later of too much viagra and weak heart...

"The driver argued that the motorcycle could have been moved without keys or her boyfriend could have been called to assist."
Or he could have helped move it

If you want some boring nanny state where everyone drives like karens, then stay home.
Work on your trolling skills: this is so obviously an attempt to get us to point out how stupid you are is silly. Also, you need to learn what a 'karen' is in current slang. Has nothing to do with driving

Those "illegal shops" are legal... people invested their savings in those legal businesses and then the out of touch government compounds their blunders with these new insane regs. How many billions of baht will be lost due to this shortsighted idiocy?
BTW I last puffed in 1985 and have maybe 2 glasses of wine a year

Us guaranteed ukraines borders and donnie d has proved "us guarantees" valueless.
It will take US many, many years to regain trust ftom europeans and other "longtime allies" around the world.
And remember: US has not "donated" Ukraine anything- they want payment-bigtime....
"Us guaranteed ukraines borders"... it wasn't just the US...Russia agreed to guarantee borders
"The Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances, signed on December 5, 1994, was an agreement where Ukraine disarmed its nuclear weapons in exchange for security assurances from its nuclear powers: Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom, which included a commitment to respect Ukraine's independence, sovereignty, and existing borders and to refrain from the threat or use of force against its territorial integrity or political independence. France and China also gave individual assurances in separate documents" (from google AI)
So you may notice Europeans were in on the guarantee, not just USA... so why the heck don't you mention them, especially Russia's guarantee.
I remember when this was signed, thinking "If I were Ukraine I'd keep five or six nukes "just in case". Russia has a history of mass killings of Ukrainians. Look it up.

I wonder if they'll be having an inquiry into all the land stolen from Aboriginial tribes by other Aboriginal tribes in brutal, ongoing warefare over extended periods of time?
Surely the descendants of the winning tribe should pay reparations to the descendants of the losing tribe?
No? No interest in that? Didn't think so...
Tasmania is part of Australia. The English killed off ALL of the native Tasmanians in 19th century. There are no descendants & just who could 'the winning tribe' (English) pay off?

"...theft of a significant personal fortune, comprising 10 million baht in cash and nearly 13 million baht in gold. The abbot, Phra Ratchawatchara Phattanatorn, insists that these valuables were accumulated personally, separate from any temple donations."
Buddhist monks generally take a vow of poverty, which involves renouncing private property and personal ownership of possessions, with a focus on spiritual development and detachment from material wealth.
He should be defrocked... how did he rack up this fortune? Maybe stealing from donations? Or is he an IT consultant?

What sort of discount (if any) did they get for accepting Chinese engines instead of German? Couldn't cancel the order; too many envelopes already distributed and spent. Chinese engines should be good enough. Just park the subs next to the aircraft carrier. Problem solved
