The real public won't be able to get near the place for all the politicians, their families and hangers on.
Why don't you show up and tell them you're an avid BM on TV?
See what happens......

Doppler is the name of an effect...
Doppler effect- The Doppler effect, named after the Austrian physicist Christian Doppler, who proposed it in 1842 in Prague, is the change in frequency of a wave for an observer moving relative to its source. Wikipedia
I wonder if he also kept ladies in his basement - in Austria?

my sense of humor as of late. (->or maybe acquiring a Teutonic one?)
Is this good or bad?
If it’s good, maybe I can teach others not to look at the bright side? There is just too much smiling and laughing going on IMHO.
If it’s bad, maybe all of you wise guys and gals have some suggestions.
-Medication?
-Treatment?
-Surgery?
An example of what I do not find funny anymore:

The British are the police
The Germans are the mechanics
And the Swiss make everything run on timeHell is Where:

After reading all the strongman advice I would like you to consider this before acting:
If you decide to push a little too hard, but not hard enough – all of the advice given here may very well come back at you and your family like a ton of bricks.
Unless you are connected, have leverage, have friends in higher places than your opponents
Unless you are as rich as or more than your opponents
Unless you have the whole picture and what scenarios that are likely to unfold
Then I would choose to have the least possible confrontation, at least to start with.
I would document everything that has happened by involving Thai authorities / agencies as already outlined and then leave for CM.
I would not contact the parents or school. Reason; if push comes to shove, you are not necessarily a prime suspect.
After all, this guy must have loads of enemies.
If he follows you to CM – that is when he opens the door for you to become a magician – anyone know the adress to missing persons?
Whatever you do – Good Luck

simply replying about the toyota dealership problem. Wife took her company car(toyota) to be serviced at the toyota dealership and brought it home with several empty bottles in the back and as there were 2 x 4 or 5 ltr engine oil bottles I thought I had better check they hadnt overfilled it. When I lifted the bonnet the motor was filthy(they had charged for an engine clean) taking out the dipstick the oil was black and smelled burnt so I had the sump plug checked and was told it was still covered in grease and had no marks on it at all to indicate it had been removed for oil drainage plus the oil filter was not new either. We went back to the dealership and quized them but noone spoke english(figures) and they told my wife that the drive home must have caused the oil to turn black and burn(maybe 4 kilometres). Obviously the service they do is just all bullshit but several weeks later the company got her to take it there again so the shockies(all around) and rear springs could be replaced. Again the parts were piled into the back of the car(stragely enough the failed shockie on the front passenger side still didnt work) and a couple of weeks later when she went to go to work in it the steering arms on one of the front wheels collapsed as she turned to leave. Once again noone at the dealership could speak english and they refused to do or say anything about it so it would seem that thai toyota dont really give a dam_n so what happened to you is no surprise.
Some friendly advice:
Do not go back to that place!

"Do you really think 3-4 expats weighing 150kg each can fit in 1 square metre? Lucky to get one"
Most of the prime specimens I’ve seen are flat on one side (back) and semicircular on the other (front)
Now:
Imagine 4 teletubbies with their backs to a pole.
Scary anywhere - not only on the BTS.....

I don’t know the answer to your question: “Why would someone prefer cold winter Europe to Thailand?”
But in my opinion it could be because some people are challenged in a number of ways. Two of their challenges could be: mentally and intellectually.
Now if you would like to continue communicating with these groups I have some advice:
•Patience is the key.
•Be aware that you must listen and observe the person you are speaking to. In most cases communicating with a person with a disability is very much like learning how to understand an accent. Be ready to adjust your communication style in a respectful way when necessary.
•The most important thing to remember is to treat a person with a disability with respect and compassion. They are not inferior to you; they have feelings just like you and can feel a superior or unsympathetic tone. He's had plenty of experience with it.
•Ask questions along the way. Have you tried this? Do you ever feel angry or happy like that? I picked strawberry flavor, what is your favorite flavor? It helps a person with an intelligence handicap to understand by connecting your experience to their life.
•Don't lose your temper. If you do, reassure them that it is unrelated to him/her, and maybe even explain why you're upset.
•The person you are talking to isn't stupid, s/he has to cope with challenges you will never comprehend. S/he is challenged in their ability to function the same way as you. This person is different, but never deserving of ridicule.
•Try not to care that they have a mental disability. It really helps your friendship with them.
Have a nice day, and last but not least a nice stay

400kg/sqm seems very low. That's just 8 people weighing 50kg each. If it was super-crowded the weight could possible be more than that.
Even more scary (and probable):
3-4 expats weighing 150kg each
and expats just love to protest
as we all very well know

WS is just insane. This stuff happens all the time over there. Tourists really need to be informed about the dangers. Violence against tourists is increasing all the time especially on WS. Perhaps tourists need to rethink their travel plans.
Do you have any suggestions?
That is as to where three drunken bottle throwing idiots could travel - so as to have a safe vacation?

Do women married to a Thai national have the same visa requirements as a man and if not, how does it differ?
No money required in bank for Visa or extension.
If the Thai husband earn 15k a month, the foreign lady can apply for Thai citizenship.
I hope this tidbit of information doesnt get around,
or we may see an explosion in the numbers of expat ladyboys soon…..

Just curious how you can compare Forbes, a business magazine reporting and analysing events to actual companies ...
The link is the word credentials.
If that is combined with hidden agendas, things really start moving.

Think of what similar publicity would cost?
This is the way of manipulating an ever more manic depressive media

I am an economic analyst and anti-economic bubble activist who was recognized by the London Times for predicting the Global Financial Crisis. I am currently warning about growing bubbles in Canada, Australia, Nordic countries, China, emerging markets, Web 2.0 startups, U.S. higher education, and more. I believe that the popping of these bubbles will cause the next financial crisis. You can learn more about me on my Wikipedia page.

If I can't get to where I want, inside of 2 hours by pedaling my bicycle, I prefer something with 4 or more wheels
