Until now i dont see youtube videos of Thai cops shooting up innocent people, tasering innocent people, choking assaulting or killing innocent people or people they arrested.

Youtube however, is FULL of american cops asaulting killing raping beating shooting tasering innocent people including children elderly people mothers.

If anything, Thai police rank among the best in the world. A friend of mine, police detective in new yersey, who visited Thailand for a police seminair, holds the same opinion. He was very positive about the attitude of Thai police.

In my opinion, just chillax and over two weeks they move out. I hardly can see whats the big deal here, why are you so hellbend on getting them out RIGHT NOW. This is not a matter if the law is at your side, but how to solve things smoothly.

THE BEST WAY is go to the seller and with a big smile tell him its no problemo he stays until the end. 

In my opinion, anything you do, a laywer, changing the locks, asking rent for two weeks (what a childish advice)etc, YOU CANNOT WIN and possibly will regret it, a little bit or deeply. you make problems, he will return the favor...

Just take a deep breath, accept things arent going the way you want and you have to be patient for two weeks.

The examples you mention like beach or gym, are or can be crowded, absolutely different from a golf course.

There is no "lawlessness" in Thailand. Thats really a myth, a way of looking how things are here in Thailand and misunderstanding them because of viewing and judging it with ones western eyes.

I might as well  say there is lawlesness in the usa and the west, just look at all the riots, the covid deniers who refuse wearing a mask, countries that allow marihuana and or prostitution allthough legally it is ilegal, politicians breaking the rules, etc etc and etc.

its all a matter of viewpoint.

i follow various facebook pages of environmental protection groups of thai departments like park rangers. thailand takes protection of environment very serious. 

if the pig farm is doing this ilegally, you should pursue it and report it at the police. or find out the proper department here to report it. good luck.

Doing a great job controlling the covid crisis. Imagine living in the usa or Europe. Lockdowns, hunderthousands of deaths, covid deniers and anti maskers.
