95% of them are brown North Africans or Middle Easterners. I hear them every night from midnight to 6 am If you spend some time in the Arab area of Pattaya, it’s full of them. Since marijuana arrived, pattaya is flooded with these young brown sub-humans. They obviously can’t handle curves but can’t even go fast on a straight, so they just rev the engine.

don't worry it's very easy. you can do it by youself, no need for any agency. they don't care about the visa.
