I am fairly confident about traditional vaccines, but these experimental Covid vaccines are a different kettle of fish altogether.

The infamous rip tides claim another victim, I guess, but who knows; a bit weird a 41 year old woman going under the waves just like that.

Yeah, I get it, it's here to showcase China's polar exploration endeavors, but an icebreaker visiting tropical Thailand is kinda funny.

In Thailand's climate I sweat like a pig, so sodium ain't a concern for me.

You're remembered by me Chompoo. To be honest, eating dogs for meat is akin to cannibalism in my book, given their emotional intelligence.. At least the death was quick.

It's the right direction, the weaker the baht the better for me. When I was teaching, and dependent on a Thaii salary, it was the opposite, the stronger the baht the better for me. Anyway,  unless there's some drastic change, who cares.

It was never that great during my lifetime, declining Empire mindset and all that. I have to say though, as a boomer, it was difficult not to make money just by existing. Feel sorry for today's kids. Having said that, my extended family in the UK seem to be doing OK, like some guys are always gonna make the best of a bad job. The weak and the listless fall by the wayside, but the guys (and gals, to be clear I use guys as a cover all nomenclature), those with a bit of vim and verve aren't doing so bad. Diffucult times though for sure, difficult times.
