  1. I require a Non-Immigrant Visa "O" Multi Entry 1 year based on Marriage . I meet all requirements.

As I am currently in Thailand I would like somewhere local I can fly in and out to, not Laos.

Options I found in searches were Vietnam and Cambodia

HCMC (the link to the application form doesn't work?)

    Phnom Penh

This topic has been discussed a number of times pointing to both the above options.

Does anyone have any update to date information on which option is still viable?

  2. For around 2400b you could go with a visa run company to Ban Laem. Quick and painless. Pickup is 5am at ONNut BTS Tesco. Back in Bangkok around 4pm

By this way can I also get a visa exemption when reentering Thai instead of a real visa if I want to stay only for 30 more days? (home country is qualified for 30 days exemption by land) Can you recommend me a company?
The 2400 baht includes transportation, Cambodian visa and 1 complimentary bottle of water. One stop on the way there and 1 stop on the way back. Visa exempt entries are free when entering Thailand so yes you can get a visa exempt entry which allows for 30 day and can also be extended an additional 30 days at immigration.

Not all passport holders get 30 days exemption stamp from land entries

  3. If I have a non imm b 12month multiple entry, do I get 30 or 60 day extension from immigration?

    You get no extensions.

You are required to leave the country every 90 days. A new 90 day entry will be given on return for as long as the visa is valid.

What makes you believe 30/60 day extension is available ?

I thought wrong then, how do you know which visits allow extension of stay?

  4. Our Australian company is looking to expand our client base in Asia, we currently have clients in HK, mainland China and Singapore.

I would like to setup meetings with potential clients (both businesses and individuals) in Bangkok throughout the year between my other trips.

Looking at the Melbourne consulate website a 12 multi entry visa looks like the ideal choice.

As we are yet to establish any Thai relationships, so I do not have a Thai company to sponsor the visa.

Is it possible to gain a visa based just on our Australia company wanting to attend Thailand and offer our services?
