  1. Fletch, I also had the UOB Gold and General fund for a while about 2 years from 2004-05 , and I sold it too quick and went up so much again after I sold it. Now there is a little drop in the fund price since last month at 1.978SGD or 1.386USD as for today's pricing, I am thinking to buy it back since this one is so tough even in the bad times, do you think this is a cheap entry point? What do you think the outlook for this fund for next 1 to 2 years time horizon.

I also had the UOB Greater China Fund and United Asia Fund back in 03-05, and sold them all too quickly, regret it, after I sold them both shot to the roof. And I noticed there is a big drop recently, thinking maybe to buy them back? Would you buy these 2 back at this low level about the level of last Aug, to me I still think even US go into recession, China, Singapore, Malaysia, HK, India markets ect would probably still grow, but at a lower pace, and I don' think 2008 will be bear markets in above 5 markets.

UOB charge 5% for all these aggressive funds, I think if buy in HK still about the same, the UOB relation manager never give me any discount on sale charges.

  2. Brazil‘s National Immigration Council (NIC) issued Resolution 60/04 on October 6, 2004, which supersedes Resolution 28 of November 25, 1998, with respect to the issuance of permanent visas to alien investors in Brazil. With this newer rule, the amount of an investment needed for obtaining a permanent residency in Brazil was lowered to US$50,000 and this has become the easiest and fastest way of getting residency in Brazil.

You can obtain a permanent residency in Brazil, by investing the minimum amount of US$50K in, for example, a piece of real estate, such as a rental apartment or condo-hotel unit (flat) or even by opening a small business, such as a restaurant.

Under this new Resolution, a permanent visa allows a foreigner to live and work in Brazil with the purpose of investing his or her own foreign funds in productive activities or investing in existing activities in Brazil.

Under the new rules, a permanent visa can be obtained by a foreigner when the following conditions are met:

    a minimum investment of US$50,000, from individual resources in productive activities;

the investment can be made into his or her newly opened company or in an already existing business.

The procedure is pretty easy for a foreigner; the documentation needed is basically a Power of Attorney, copy of passport, and proof of address in native country.

This is how it works: usually, a corporation is opened for the applicant (in his name - as the owner) and subsequently a bank account will be opened. Afterwards, a registration takes with Banco Central do Brasil and the minimum amount of US$50,000 is authorized to be wired from the investor‘s account abroad to his new corporate account. It is worth mentioning that when you transfer the money from your bank through the Central Bank of Brazil (Banco Central) to your own bank account in Brazil, that the money remains yours and stays with you at your disposal at all times and under your sole control.

Once this has been completed, Banco Central do Brasil will issue a certificate. With that certificate your visa application will be filed in Brazil, approved, issued and sent to any Brazilian Consulate abroad, as per your request, so your passport can be stamped.

Compared to other Central America Residency Investor Programs, there is no comparison. Central American countries like Costa Rica charge US$50,000 to obtain a second residency, but the investment goes to government tree planting projects that you have no control over and it is doubtful that you will ever receive a penny of profit. Consider it a donation.

Freedom to choose your investment, you can choose your own investment. It could vary a lot, from real estate to new businesses. Most foreigners, usually those who are already purchasing real estate, take advantage. But here are some direct examples:

    Holiday apartment. It might be an excellent idea for you to invest your money, where you could spend your vacations and lease it out while you are not there;

Flats in Sao Paulo. Low prices, equity, non-management needs, and monthly income make these a great investment opportunity.

There are many reasons to choose the Investment Program path, some of the reasons for this are:

    1. The ability for applicant to work in their own business.

    2. Minimum amount of time required per year to be here.

    3. The fact that the program is encouraged and pre-approved by the government.

    4. Unrestricted. Applicant and family members may apply and work at any endeavor.

    5. Includes entire family including spouse and children up to 18 years.

    6. Brazilian Citizenship and Passport possible in only 4 year‘s time.

    7. Favorable Tax and Extradition laws.

    8. No personal appearance in Brazil is required for processing. You will pick up the Permanent Visa at the Brazilian embassy or consulate in your home country and then you will enter Brazil with the "Resident Investor Status".

    9. It is good for 5 years and takes 60 days for a permanent visa to be issued.

    10. You do NOT have to remain in Brazil during your residency. You can visit for as little as a few days every two years.

    11. If you are single, a Brazilian Citizenship and Passport is possible after only one year of marriage to a Brazilian citizen.

    12. A Resident Investor has almost all rights of a Brazilian Citizen except political. You can not vote or get politically involved.

In conclusion, there is no other program that offers a faster and better cost/benefit ratio for a foreigner than the US$50K Investment Residency Program.

If interested ask the Brasil embassy in your areas. You can apply yourselves, or can ask them to refer to one of the many Brazil immigration agents in all over Asia, Europe and North America to do all the paper works for you.

  3. Sing Song said :The debunker? Aha, you know my alias already, you supersleuth. I have attached my photo so you can recognise me.

Ha ha, you admit it yourself. You are one of the professional debunkers of this forum.

Since you admit your own guilt, there is no need for further intellectual discussion with you.

Sing Song said: danishdung, you should really chill, if this place is so terrible for you, then head off to Brazil again where life is so much better, as you say.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. I am doing my last minute packing for Brasil. Ha ha, I will be in Rio, the Cidade Maravilhosa, for the finale the climax of Carnival 2006, while you sit on your ass debunking all other truth seekers on this forum. I will lay back a few days on the beach of Ipanema, doing some snorkeling at Angras dos Reis, then head south to Floripa for next 5 months, while you are busy looking for something to debunk all day in front of your computer. Don't get too jealous,ok. Just different life for different people. Maybe you will reincarnate into better conditions next life.

I will be too busy doing activities in Floripa next 5 months, but I will once a while, write some truths for you to debunk for my pasttimes.

Sing Song said: At last count I was employed by the CIA, Mossad, ASIO, Thai Secret Police and Harry's Bar on Atchison Street. You do realise we have knowledge of all your activities, don't you?

You truely sound like a Mossad, or extreme conservative Evangelist Christian preacher, or some extreme Zionist that keep the world screwd up on purpose, or all combinations of these.

    for now, Ciao.

  4. There is much deeper sinister motive behind the lese-majeste of Thailand, which no other country even all these atrocious human-right nations in the world has to such an extreme extend, even North Korea or Cuba can not match. If you are a bit more politically conscious, it's quite easy to comprehend the motives behind all this. But this is such a pro-Thai forum, I cannot get into much discussion of this matter or it will be deleted anyways.

It's just horror how all these pro-Thai forum members act, they don't even know what exactly this Nowegian guy did, and we don't even allow to reveal the truth of this incident, and these members are slamming, insulting, calling this Norway guy deserves it, ignorant, stupid, deportation, ect ect. Do these members have any consious mind or any clear mentality at all, they don't even know what exactly happened and are already giving this poor man death sentences. That's why the more I read this forum the more I feel it is a pure pro-Thai propaganda forum.

I have friends who are political and human right correspondents here, and they have noticed this case as well. They are keeping a close watch for the development. Actually one of them who I met some days ago, told me this man can be qualified for political asylum for most countries of high human rights. He said maybe his own government may not willing to help, but he can request political asylum for Sweden, Suice, Nederland, Finland ect, he said if he can turn this case into some international attention, then it's in his favor.

  5. Sing Slling, if you have no knowledge of this Thai nation, you should just sew up your mouth. Thailand is thriving on sex trade. It counts the biggest percent of their GMP, even you may be some Brit or gringo sponsored by the Thai state to debunk all the realities of this crooked nation, but the truth will alwayus be there.

You said : Danishgung, I wonder what your level of education is. You cannot simply have something be true if it clearly isn't.

If you never been to the Thai towns bordered Malaysia such as Dannok Chamgloon, Padang Besar, Betong, Sugai Kolok, and even Hat Yai, you should do some research before debunk out of your little brain, all these towns survive and thrive on sex tourism from Malaysia and smaller extend from Singapore. I will find statistics to shut you the debunker up. There are more than 3.5 million Malaysian "males" last year crossed the border into all these Thai sex towns from several hours to 1-2 days for sex last year, I will get the article to prove you have no knowledge of this nation or you just try to debunk all the negative aspects of this country for some hidden purposes.

  6. Sing Sling said: Regarding the tourist numbers for Malaysia, you do realise that almost 7 million of those are from Singapore - mostly on day trips - and the Singapore givernment has issued travel warnings in regard to personal and property safety especially in Johor State and more specifically Johor bahru.

You can say the same thing about Thailand. Out of the 11.7 million arrivals, how many are the Malaysians boys who cross border to Dannok, Padang, Sungai, Bentong, Hat Yai ect ect from several hours to 1-2 days for a quickie actions. There are thousands a day on weekday and tens of thousands on weekends. You figure out the number.

And out of the 11.7 million arrivals to Thailand, how many are actually the same people making up to 12 visa runs a year, and count for 12 arrivals, Malaysia give out 90 days and extendable, so the Thai numbers are very misleading compare to other nations that offer 90 days arrival.

Steve Suphan said: Brasil safer than Thailand?

If you don't know anything about Brazil then you tend to think so.

First the International Living.com is ranked by the Economist magazines by the whole staff of international pros. The crime and general safety includes the element of crime rates, safety that includes traffic, health, environmental, judicial, human right, ect ect. Thailand score less than most third world countries including Brasil, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Bolivia, Malaysia, ect ect.

Brasil is a huge country like US, the crime is so concentrated in the huge megapolis like Sao Paulo, Rio, Salvador ect ect. Most other cities are quite safe. Especially the cities of coast Sao Paulo, coast of Rio, the southern sates of Parana, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande Do Sul ect are much safer than Thailand or US or UK in viscious crimes. Say Brasil is not safe is just like saying US is not safe. It all depends on where you are talking about. In all the coastal beach towns on eastern sea coast of Brasil, I do feel much safer there than in Pattaya.

  7. pbrane, yes with 50000-100000 USD you can buy a smaller nice condo or nice private house in Florianopolis or anywhere on the Litoral Sao Paulo coast or Litoral Rio or Fortaleza coast ect. But Floripa is the best and beautiful location and absolutely safe city.

My favorite locations in Floripa are the Lagoa areas. many condos and houses for your budget, then there are over 50 popular beach locales. My personal favorites are Praia Joaquina area, Praia Jurere areas, Praia Mole, Pontas das Canas, and now there are lots of new development in the south part of island like Praia Brava ect.

Take your time and check out all the beach locales, and Lagoa areas, and of course if you like metropolitan living of the centro with tons of high rise ocean view condos.

Also nearby beach resort town of Camboriu is also a very good choice for stay.

By the way, calabresa is the most popular sausage in Brasil and it's of germanic origin. They often go on top of stove disc pizza or in sandwitch with French bread. Muito gostozo(very delicious).

  8. I have been in and out of this Thailand for over 10 years. I know absolutely the reasons why the long stayers choose to stay here. A big percent of the foreign people have 2 simple combined reasons to stay here :

Cheap living cost and cheap and easy access to sex. I think even I am not excluded from this major group. And the same 2 simple hidden reasons also play some part of my decision of long stay in Brazil also. Plus being in Brasil, surrounded by beatiful beaches, with lovely sound of bossa nova, samba drums, sound of pagote, carnival beat, cappoeira, and millions of beautiful morenas in t-string, the huge variety of cultures, foods, landscapes also contribute to my long stay in Brasil's edge and advantage over Thailand.

In Thailand especially for the people over middle age who has some saving but not too much and who have trobles getting enough sex life back home or struggling with retirement lifestyle, they come to long stay here to fulfill their fantasy at the later part of their life with low cost, and possibly find a life partner.

  9. Sing Sling said: So, danishgung, you count the PRC as one of the top 20 tourist destinations? Please share with us how you arrived at this statement.

PRC is ranked 4th in the world in international tourist arrival by World Tourism Oganization.

with almost 42 million visitors in 2004. Thailand 11.7 million, and Malaysia 15.7 million.

    http://www.world-tourism.org/facts/menu.html

then click tourism indicator, then click international tourist arrival, then click top world tourism destinations 2004. See for yourself before say other people talk trash.

and Sing Sling said: Ah, you talk so glowingly about Malaysia but know absolutely sweet FA about it. Malaysia is riddled with problems, racial, economic, social and criminal - you just have to go there once to see that, spend some time there, talk with the locals and look at CRIME STATISTICS!!!

I am talking about Malaysia's social structures, I am just comparing visa friendliness. And Malaysia has won lots of new tourists and long stayers partially because of the Thai visa limitations and crimes here.

Another blow to the Absolute Thai lovers, Thai is ranked lower than Brasil, Mexico, and Malaysia in general safety of living. Ranked by International Living. Com

I and a few other friends as well strongly feel there are quite many members in this forum that may be emplyed by Thai government or TAT or other pro-Thai organizations to protect the Thai interest, and trying to stop the truth of this country from being revealed. When there is something negative said about this Thailand, then they are at hard work again trying to debunk all the negative issues. This forum has became a Thai propoganda, absolutely.

  10. As i post before, Thai is the only nation along with communist China that do not give out 90 days or up visa free on arrival in the top 20 tourism nations. Because they are so short sighted so lusty to extort visa fees from travelers. And also the fourth world mentality of law enforcement.

I can guarantee this kind of horror story when spread to other countries, tourism in Thailand will down by another 5%, the crime agaist the tourists have taken serious damages already recently. I feel personally many long term stayers are not coming back, my many long time Thai regular friends are not coming back.

I have overstyed in Brasil 3 times, all three times too lazy to go down to policia federal for extension, visa free for 90 days on arrival and then need to get 90 day extension at policia federal.

First time I exit from Sao Paulo Guarulhos airport, overstayed about 50 days, the immigration officer did not even care and stamped me out in 1 second.

2nd time, overstay about 60 days, exit from Bahia airport to Danmark, the immigration officer asked me why I stayed so long, I smiled and said: I love Brasil. She stamped me out with a smile.

3rd time, again from Sao Paulo Guarulhos, overstayed about 60 days, immigration officer joked to me when he looked at all my Brasilian stamps, and many long stays and jokingly said you must be in

love with the Brasilian women. I said for sure then stamped me out.

So I don't see the point of getting extension at the policia federal. Brasil is so visa friendly and so nice to long term stayers. But on the other hand, Thais have done everything they can to destroy their only source of income-tourism.

  11. pbrane, I spend many months a year in Brasil. I am stuck in Tailand rest of the year because I am stuck with a very nice Thai girl which I know for 4 years, and so used to be together with her and feel too pity to dump her after all these times together. Thats my situation. But still manage to go Brasil several times a year for releif and side dishes.

The living expenses in Brasil do not differ to Tailand. A month rent of a upper middle level big high rise studio in centro Floripa is about 150-400 Euros. For very nice one bed room condo ocean view maybe around 300-500 Euros. On the beaches outside of centro, can rent nice 1-2 bed room beach condo for 300-500 Euros per month. The price is about the same in coastal Sao Paulo or coastal Rio de Janeiro.

Mac is considered very expensive compared to local foods. For 1 nice meal, for example, por kilo( you get what you want buffet style and charge by the weight) about 6-8 reais or about 2.5-3.2 USD will make you full. Cheap churrascaria is only about 12-15 reais, buffet all you can eat meats and salads. Big calabresa sandwitch in the street corner bars is 2-3 reais, make you full.

So for me as Brasil old timers, Brasil is cheaper than Thailand in living expenses and the living quality and atmosphere is so much much better than Thailand or Costa Rica in these towns I mentioned.

  12. For retirement or long stay, I very strongly suggest Brasil as top choice. Costa Rica is very nice, have been there once, but lack of variety of scenery so is Tailand. Brasil's coastal towns in states of Sao Paulo , Rio, Santa Catarina ect, are attracting lots of long stayers now. There are tons of very very safe and absolutely beautiful towns in the coastal southeast region and the living expenses are the same as tailand.

I have been to all these towns like in state of Sao Paulo: Guaruja, Riviera Sao Lourenco, Sao Vicente, Bertioga, Ubatuba, ect ect, and many others more along the litoral sao Paulo.

And in state of Rio: Cabo Frio, Angras dos Reis, Buzios, ect.

and my favorite of all Florianopolis or Floripa in state of Santa Catarina's capital. All these coastal cities are much safer than Bangkok or Pattaya and thousand times more scenic. You can switch places any times, just too many nice towns, never get bored.

The cost of living in the coastal towns are much cheaper than Sao Paulo or Rio these hectic cities. The cost is about the same as living in Tailand or can be cheaper. But these towns are absolutely beautiful scenic, that Tailand has no comparison to at all, also for us guys, its double paradise as well, full of beautiful garotas of every imaginable varieties. Also the food and fruits are so good there. One more thing, Brasil is very visa friendly, for most of us are 90 days visa free with extendable to 180 days, and also extendable again after that by situations. For US nationals, it's 10 year visa, each stay 90 days, and extendable to 180 days or more. Very visa friendly.

If I am getting to the retirement age, for me it's coastal SP, Rio, and Floripa, no second choice. Brasil beat Tailand and Costa Rica by light years in the retirement atmosphere and quality. If you check out coastal SP or Rio or Floripa, your life will be changed.

  13. Thailand 30 days only visa policy has backfired. Thai government only thinks about the short term profits from extorting fees from longer visas, re-entry permits, ect from we foreigners, then they fail to realize they will lose more money from tourism to their rival neighbours such as Malaysia and Singapore which both give out 90 days on arrival for citizens of civilized nations. In fact Malaysia has overtaken thai by a big margin in total arrivals. http://www.world-tourism.org/facts/menu.html

And more and more people who want to long stay or retire in Asia are switching to Malaysia from Thailand for the inexpensiveness, safety, and of course visa friendly. Thailand in fact is the only nation along with communist China that do not offer 90-180 arrivals for citizens of civilized nations in the top 20 destinations, thai is ranked 18th.

Thailand depends on more to tourism than any of the top 20 tourism nations, because they have no other alternative industries, and they are destroying tourism very quickly by themselves. After all these tourists murder and assualts, all these visa limitations and restrictions, I think Malaysia will be very very happy to take over as the top destination of Asia(which is already now). If Thai still only think to extort money from visas, then their monkey brain need to be operated. They will benifit much much more from give out visa free 90 days or more like all other top tourism nations including it's neighbours of Malaysia and Singapore. But I doubt these small monkey brains can analyze anything in a logic manner. Malaysia will always be a benificiary at the end.

  14. This is English websites so naturally lots more English speaking members. There is definitely a big presence of Germanic speaking nationals in Pattaya as well as Scandinavians, but most of them do not read much English websites on regular basis. So this survey is somewhat meaningless.

  15. So much talk about GMP, infrastucture, economic level ect ect, but to be a first world country, another most important element is people's mentality.

This involves poeple's education, reasoning and analyzing ability, conscious level, social equality, environment, ect ect all these elements have to be taken into consideration.

Thailand not only so behind in infrastuctures and ecnomical development,( even quite behind in the third world groups if you considered Poland, Croatia, Czech, Slovak, Slovenia, Estonia ect ect third world, then Thailand still much much lower than these countries in all fields)

Thais certainly score very very low in the education, reasoning ability, conscious awareness levels, social equality, evironmental, ect ect. The Thais's overall mentality department is still in fourth world, not yet reach the 3rd world yet.

  16. Have been to Nederlands too many times. Also have many Dutch friends. Dutch people are suely a very good looking race. But the girls generally are quite big. Very nice and organized first world country like Scandinavia. I think generally not only Thais but people all around the world have very good impression of Nederlands.

  17. The Sondi guy from begining to end just shouting and conspiring to outst Thaksin. Does he or the opponent offer any better mandate or reform to the ordinary people to the society, that convince the ordinary people and the society that they can make the country and the poor ordinary people's life better than Thaksin's government???? No. Nothing at all except trying to creat a mess to conspire removing Thaksin through unconstitutional means.

I am no fan of this Thaksin or this absurd Thai nation, but I have know lots of ordinary Thai people's life are affected by Thaksin's policies. These ordinary Thais once never have the chance to go to hospital, waiting to die or waiting to heal naturally, now have the chance to see a docter in the public hospitals for 30 bahts across the country.

The millions of dirt poor moto taxi drivers do not have to be fear of the moto taxi mafias anymore. These guys before told me they had to pay something like 10000-20000 to get a jacket and then pay monthly like 1000 to the local moto taxi mafias. But Thaksin nearly got rid all of them. These guys for sure appreciste Thaksin, who did something no one can do for decades.

Thaksin also got rid of lots of outrageous loan sharks that ply on the dirt poors. These loan sharks charge up to 20-50 percent monthly interest to the most needed poors and when they fail to pay, the loan mafias take their lands, houses, motorbikes, TV, whatever, now my Thai friends told me these loan sharks still exist, but no longer can exploit the loaners like before with 20-50% monthly outrageous loans. Now its something like for 10000 bahts, pay 12000 bahts in 60-90 days. Thaksin did not eradicate the loan sharks but put them very tamed.

Thailand is still a nation of 90% in poverty. The best mandate for this nation is improve the life of the vast majority of poors before anything else. Because democracy can not feed the poors, when all the poors have things to eat, then democracy will come naturally.

Thasin is at least trying to do a few things for the country's poor majority, instead of the Sondi guy can only shout slogans. But comes to any better mandates than Thaksin to feed the poors, to improve the life of the poors, Sondi do not care or concern in any way except to conspire to tumble the government.

  18. Incidents like this time after times after times. Most of the board members still insist Thailand is so safe so trouble-free, or keep comparing to their homes back in London or Chicago all these viscious places. This really disgusted me as well. If all the travel promoters and TAT can offer a simple words of warning, to avoid dark places at night in Thailand because Thailnad is not safe at night.

Samui is no Ibiza or Costa del Sol. Phuket is no Nice or Santorini. Bangkok is no Frankfurt or Stockholm.

The viscious crimes here in Thailand is much higher and more sudden and unexpected than these places that we are familiar with. Be careful at night.

I think a simple warning like this by the travel promoters can save the life of Elizebeth Horton and most of these tourists that have been murdered.

  19. I am not encouraging bare backs, but in this case, the chance of getting HIV is nearly 0. First of all, she needs to have HIV for you to have HIV.

The HIV rate in working girls in Thailand vary from reports by different organizations, but overall unbiased experts predict about 5% but these include all the Thai brothels, so I would think Super baby and the agogos have much lower rate, because almost all of them use protection.

Then HIV transmission in one single contact. The transmission rate also very very low. This is proven fact. Although there is no absolute data, but many organizations believe its less than 0.3 %.

Then you only have a brief contact, and her vagina was very try, that even reduces the rate if assume she is HIV positive.

So I would not worry for this kind of mishap. In reality the chance of getting HIV is just too slim next to zero in your case. Next time should use some KY.

  20. "Why those Thai Beauty fall for Farang"??

Depends what you think its beauty. If you are talking about these dark skin Issan beauty from the view points of forangs, maybe.

But in my long years of experiences in Thailand, it's the opposite. The real beauty, which both Thais and foreigners would consider, will rarely fall for farang, and most likely fall for rich Chinese Thais.

There is also the beautiful white skin girls from upper class. This category will very rarely almost never fall for any kind of foreigners. On the contrary, this type is afraid to get associated with forangs, because they think these Thai girls with forangs are whores. This class of beauty will stay within their rich Chinese Thais society even they know these guys are super infidelity.

  21. I was very shocked to know this figures!!!!! From Aug 2004 up to now 9 Britons were murdered in Thailand. In 2005 alone 188 Britons died in Thailand, mostly of traffic accidents according to British Embassy. Wow!! I was playing golf with 2 Japanese friends and there was a big article on crime epidemic in Thailand on their Japanese newspaper called Newsclips as they told me the figures(from British Embassy). Wow, I was quite shocked.

I came back and did a google search type in key word "nine Britons murdered in Thailand since August 2004" many international press came up, such as Kuwait Times, Vietnam news ect. that confirmed this figures.

I remembered the 2 back-packers killed by the cop, then Catherine Horton, then a guy killed in Ko Chang, can anyone remind us who were the other 5 Britons murdered in Thailand since Aug 2004??

Many of you can still argue you feel safer in Thailand then in London, Manchester, or in Chicago or in NY. But the figures will not lie. Altogether in 2005, 188 Britons died in thailand, although majority in car accidents(from Newsclip figures provided by British Embassy). I think the Thai government is trying hard to cover up and downplay this figures to protect tourism.

I hope most of the members should not keep saying they feel so safe in Thailand, because it will mislead so many other naive travelers to this unknown country. We should at least give them a fair and unbiased warning, that to travel to Thailand involve risks much higher than other major tourist destinations in the Europe such as France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece or any other European destinations and also much higher than other world popular destinations such as Mexico, Malaysia, China, HK, US, Canada ect. People should be much more cautious in Thailand than all other top world destinations, not only in crimes but also in traffic accidents. I think this kind of fair waring should be given to all tourists coming to Thailand.
