Wellness quarantine is being provided as an extra in order to ensure that tourists get "the maxo rip off treatment quarantine facilities". All these schemes dreamed up by committees are not aimed at the real world. In any event 900 tourists a week won't save the tourism industry. The richer people don't frequent small shops so the poorer Thai people won't get any benefit from this type of tourist. 

Thailand has helped stranded tourists enormously but people who have wives and families in Thailand are not allowed back if they live in countries deemed to be risky for covid19 even if they pass a covid19 test. People who have paid 1m. baht for the Elite program have no extra rights either. 

These are young children putting a plastic bag over the head of any of them is dangerous. It also sets a very bad example to the children who may copy the teacher's actions out of class and actually accidentally kill one of their friends. 

Once tourists start going to different tourist destinations they may find them more attractive than Thailand. Thailand is nothing like the great place it was to visit in the 80's. The longer that Thailand has these stupid and expensive rules and expensive effective prison for 2 weeks no revival of the tourism industry will happen.

She beat up children and now is suing the parents for rightfully losing their cool. Obviously she hasn't thought it through the parents can counter sue her for beating up their child. 

These charges arise from video footage which must have been seen by a number of people. Why haven't those people been charged with covering up abuse?

Disgraceful that the University put money before considering the plight of disabled people. I hope that this goes viral and the University loses face.

Normal economy plus seats are wider and with a bigger gap between the seats. This is a scam to sell economy seats they can't fill at a higher price. 

A UK passport applied for in Thailand carries no fingerprints or eye information because it is obtained by post. A rich person probably could obtain a new passport without fingerprints or eye ID.

And another staff member watching this happening without doing anything. Both should face jail sentences.

In Pattaya about 50% of bars, restaurants and hotels are already closed and most of the rest don't have customers. I take my ex wife and daughter to dinner twice a month and have to go to the dark side for a decent meal. Expats live there so restaurants there are doing good business and people in Pattaya are going to the dark side to eat if they want a decent restaurant.

Does he read newspapers? Virtually every country even New Zealand which had an extremely good record of no infections for over 100 days had an outbreak of cases after being virus free for 100 days. The ridiculous paperwork that needs to be done before getting on a plane could be simplified and the period of quarantine counted from the first covid19 test taken abroad. However all arrivals should be tested and not allowed out of their hotels until 14 days after their first test. They should also be tested 7 days after arrival. If they are symptom free 14 days after their first test taken in their home country then they could safely leave their hotels. 

However this is Thailand and such a simple solution wouldn't work as a tip of around 200 baht would probably suffice for a pass to get out of the hotel before the safe period expired.
