Make sure advance payments are made on all the huge infrastructure projects, take out the brown envelopes, pass a law to absolve you for any mistakes that you may have made whilst in office and give yourself a big pension. Then Uncle Tu all the head aches of running the country will be gone.

If you are resident in Thailand your English bank accounts could form part of your Thai Estate as they are "moveable assets". To be safe you should also draw up an English will stating how your English assets including your cash and bank accounts in the UK should be distributed. I have both a Thai will written both in Thai and English for my Thai assets and an English will for my bank account and an Inheritance that I am expecting in the UK for my UK assets. My ex wife has a will appointing me as Executor of her will to make sure that if she dies before me that her assets go to our daughter. 

Obviously hasn't taken a basic training course on how to spot and trace money laundering.

Probably much more than the Minister of Tourism who comes up with a new half baked idea every day!

Last Election Hillary won the electoral majority votes but lost the election because she didn't win the electoral college. She was ahead in the polls but most of the sampling in the USA in only around 1,000 people. In my view because the sampling of voting is so weak and often wrong the election is too close to call.

As Thai Air is making money from selling donuts from a redundant aircraft why not fly a few aircraft to China and sell Thai food from Thai Air planes in China. No need for quarantine and the Chinese get a genuine Thai experience. Overpriced and poor quality food from Thai Air.

So the 41, 40 or 39 tourists which nobody managed to count properly weren't even tourists but Chinese Government Officials. The Office of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports can't even communicate with Immigration to allow Russian Tourists to go to Government approved quarantine in Pattaya so how can this magical place of fiction persuade the Chinese Government to change its mind to allow Chinese tourists to come to Thailand.

I am not dumb I know that but how much of a chance is there of even a minor increase in travellers if the additional hurdle of a travel advisory is in place. Even  though the Emergency Decree was lifted today the protests won't stop. 

If a country declares a state of emergency foreign countries often issue travel advisories that advise their citizens not to travel there. Also it gives insurance companies the right to void their policies. 

The Russians actually spend money in local shops and restaurants. The Government has already approved 3 hotels in Pattaya as quarantine hotels and these hotels had to pay a lot of money to get approved by making changes within their hotels to get approval. The Minister of Tourism and Sports in any other country would be asked to resign. 

I happen to transfer my multiple pensions twice a month roughly in equal amounts so I don't get caught out with sudden exchange rate fluctuations. Do Immigration offices allow that?

Looking at the magnificent purple tracks it looks like people boarding and getting off the trams will be stepping from or into a traffic lane full of reckless cars and motorbikes. 

They will will also be sent for psychiatric assessment for getting on a cruise ship in the first place as cruise ships have been found to be a source of super spreading of covid19.

Anutin feels lost unless he can make an announcement every day and each one has to be more ridiculous than the preceding one. The pictures of the so called random tourists from China looked rather suspicious as i could only spot 5 women out of the 39 departing from China. I wonder who paid for them to come as Chinese people in general don't have 30 days to go on holiday!

I live in a condo and have a rental agreement. My landlady sent me a copy of her TM30 report of me showing that I was staying at my rented condo. In spite of this I went to Jomtien Immigration with a copy of my rental agreement and filled in the form to register my own TM30.  It is handy to have it in my passport as proof of address. Jomtien told me that if I went abroad "maybe" I should redo it with my new TM7 entry form.
