These kind of scams are quite common in China and you can see the clips on Youtube.

However the uploader of this clip, Pattanakitr Punkot, posted an update 6 hours ago below the clip stating that thaich8.com had reported the 73 year-old woman has mental problems (Alzheimer's?) and on the day in question her medication had run out leading her to go wandering.
Police from the local Seka Police Station are looking into the matter and reminding her relatives to keep an eye on her.

    Suicide?

  2. At Don Meaung bastards confiscated my power bank - a very common one, obviously the legal 13,000 mAHr. But with the poor quality of the printing it was no longer readable - you could only see where the print had been. eloop 13, great product, (x print) - was very attached to it.

While I was there - sucking as much juice out of the powerbank as possible, before running to gate - they allowed 20,000 mAHr powerbanks through - also crew carrying large sodas - !!

If you have a power bank, get some strong clear sticky tape, & put it over the printing (partic. capacity), to stop it coming off.

You definitely don't need a licence for a jet ski.. even a 6 year old can ride one. They should just have a proper training session beforehand with clear rules to keep a certain distance from others.

What I observed from a little more developed country (Croatia) where I was allowed to ride one at 10 years old, was that they had a remote control system that could be used to shut the engine in a second from the beach. So if you went too far, too near to the beach or too near to others they would shut the engine as a warning. You would restart and then continue, if you keep messing around they would shut the engine and come bring you back.

    Good idea.

I could never understand the statute of limitations on crimes and in particularly

on mega crimes that affect the public to a large extent and the culprits just

laughing all the way to the bank or retirement village Scott free....

Yes. Does anyone know the justification for ANY statute of limitations?

And anyway, does not a SOL clock begin when knowledge of the crime becomes available / public? i.e., in this case, now?
