I never seen the spitting, pissing, or shit problem but Jomtien has to do something about the trash around the Jomtien Beach dumpsters. Something like emptying them more often and then scrubbing around the dumpsters once in a while.

We had about an hours rain in Jomtien this morning. It is still overcast so maybe some more later. Great comments so far. I think normal rain may return soon. Good Luck up North. I have heard they need it.

I don't know. I live close by in VT5. The maintenance in VT5 is very good. I think the common fee is 6000THB every year or every 6 months. I think overall VT is rated high on the list of builders/managers. Good Luck. It should be a decent time to buy.

I have no problem with their router, apart from the limited radio-range. Always when it's possible, you should prefer a wired connection. I stay also in Jomtien and can't complain about my internet connection from 3bb.

My connection in Jomtien ran for a long time with limited problems. Now it seems to be worse.

I'm not lucky with 3BB, line is frequently slow and many disconnections happen. The last report from the 3BB assistance is that I have to change the router, they say is better to buy a new router at Tukom because the router marked 3BB is not reliable.

When I started the contract I asked to put my own router but they said is better to use the 3BB and now the engineer have new opinion.

Anyone experienced suggestion from 3BB to change the router for intermittent disconnection?

I might try a new router if I knew which one to buy.

Assuming it does, you can replace the breaker with a simple 30A RCBO, cost 500 Baht with a nice plastic box. That will give you better protection from shock than you have now (none).
