The Uneducated Thai women usually want to open a food stall, a dress shop or a beauty salon. All of which Pattaya has way to many. In general Location of any business is the key as foot traffic is the must. This is why the malls get the big rents as they are busy. The cheapest way to market clothes is on a moving motor bike stall which goes past all the bars each night. Low over head and no rental agreement. If you step into a rental you will have to pay key money and a deposit and monthly rent which the 100,000 won't cover. If it was me I'd send her to school either for massage or beauty salon, then she hads a skill she can use anywhere without bearing the responsibility financially and she will be busy

I have lived here for 10 years. I love Mexican food I'am from California where its great and authentic, not like that Tex Mex Americanised stuff. Over r the Years I have tried everyplace around and I agree with most of the Writers here, its hardly average and mostly bad. What I have done is learned how to cook my favorite dishes my self, with a bit of research you can do most mexican foods. I find the most difficult one to do Is refried beans as you cannot find Pinto beans here.

As for the website you folks with poor wifi connections have to remember that a detailed page such as the one for major cineplex requires a good signal to open the entire page, Yes part of the page will open and your browser may show its finished loading but its not , its only loaded what it could based on your signal..

I TRIED THE OZ BURGER ONCE AND THE BUNS WERE SO BIG AND THE BEEF SO SMALL I NEVER WENT BACK THE BURGERS AT DENMARK ARE BETTER AND OF COURSE CARLS JR. BURGERS ARE GREAT. IF YOU WANT A GOOD BURGER IT WONT BE FROM OZ THINK ABOUT IT.

I have two questions.

1. If i'am out of the country when my 5 year license expires, when i return to renew it is the process the same or will they make me start with another one year license?

2. Is it possible to get a five year license renewed at another location then the one which originally issued the first license?

1. WHEN SELECTING A BUILDER NEVER USE A FAMILY MEMBER, THEY ALL AHVE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO KNOW HOW TO BUILD AND WHEN IT COMES TO TIME TO BUILD THEY CANT.

DRIVE AROUND THE AREA AND LOOK FOR WHAT APPEAR TO BE WESTERN STYLE HOUSES WHICH HAVE NICE CONSTRUCTION ( SELECT AT LEAST 5), ASK THE OWNERS TO LOOK AT THE HOUSES THEY LOVE TO SHOW OFF THERE HOMES, ASK IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE BUILDER? THEN IF THERE WAS NOT ASK WHO THE BUILDER WAS...ONCE YOU HEAR THE SAME BUILDER S NAME POP UP A FEW TIMES THEN YOU KNOW HE MAY BE AN OK BUILDER. ONCE YOU HAVE FOUND AT LEAST 2 BUILDER WHICH YOU MAY CONSIDER HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A QUOTE. THE QUOTE SHOULD BE BASED ON A BUILDING PLAN WHICH YOU SHOULD PROVIDE ( MANY PLANS ARE AVAILABLE ON LINE OR AT THE LOCAL BOOKSTORES) HAVE THE QUOTE BROKEN DOWN INTO 2 PARTS THE LABOR SECTION AND THE MATERIAL SECTION ALSO HAVE EACH PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION BROKEN DOWN SUCH AS CEMENT, ROOFING ELECTRICAL PLUMBING ETC......THEN YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD GUIDELINE TO FOLLOW. ONCE YOU HAVE BOTH QUOTES BACK YOU CANS ELECT YOUR BUILDER.

2. THE NEXT TRICK IS ONCE YOU HAVE A BUILDER AND A MATERIAL QUOTE YOU THEN MUST SOURCE THE MATERIALS YOURSELF...THIS ALONE WILL SAVE YOU ABOUT $200,000 BAHT.
