There is a well known saying, 'eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper'. Stick to this, and start exercising. Join a gym, and start walking on a treadmill. One hour a day, slow to start with then increase the speed each week. If you are worried and self conscious about people looking at you, they're not. Good luck and the more exercise you do the better you will feel about yourself.
