You could try South Texas, Rio Grande Valley area. Inexpensive, trips to local areas / travel can be arranged and many 'Snow bird' communities Also retired people in their age group.

There are actually 4 pages, but page 1 is a cover page so is not really part of the Will in my case. Where it states page 3 this is the last page (less cover page).

SIGNING INSTRUCTIONS

You need two witnesses neither of whom can be a beneficiary or spouse of a beneficiary. The three of you must sign in the presence of each other and you must use the same pen, preferably a blue one.  

The first thing to do is to write in the date on page 3.

You sign immediately below the date.  

The witnesses sign after the last line of text on page 3 and must also print their full names , occupation and address.

Each of you must also sign at the foot of the other two pages.

Referring to the OP's story. So this doctor and his nurses were able to find you without the aid of a Smart-car, imagine that. Maybe immigration should seek assistance from the hospital when looking for people, could save some money.

What about giving them some home schooling for the 10 weeks.

Will get them caught up, keep them occupied and they will look forward to going back to school.

Any where else in the world and you would say "I bet these guys must feel like complete idiots", BUT not here in Thailand its just another day and the leaders are in complete control of all that matters.

Why do they need money for transport, they have no where to go. Or do they need to stay in practice for when they do have tourists again.

Well I believe you can make this stuff and people are making this stuff up all the time.

I agree with the airport being low on travelers. I took the Corona express from DMK to Singapore yesterday. Most noticeable was the lack of Chinese tourists (also noticed that the noise level was down) The flight which is usually close to full was about 25%. Singapore airport also had a lack of travelers.
