Have you had any luck finding a hospital, I am also looking for a more serious operation on my nose after cancer removal of half my nose, I am looking at Yanhee Hospital in BKK which has been recomended, from reading their website they do your kind of treatment. I will fly from Australia first to consult and see if they can do it, The hospital in Sydney did a great job sofar but closing it up is intense, I think Thailand can do it better. I also live in Chiang Mai when in Thailand
