But I have the culture of this mushroom, cloned from the last flush.

Last year I tried to improve growing method.
This year I am going to use napier grass for growing the mushroom.

Lack of ventilation. The milky needs good air circulation, high temperature (28 - 35 degrees C), high humidity (85 - 90% RH) around the fruit (if the mushroom get wet directly, it will turn to brown)

Day 6th.

Cock cage and plastic sheet keeps high humidity inside, wet jute sack on the floor provides moisture.

After casing about 10 days to two weeks, pinheads start to form.

If the 2nd pic looks like this, it is a cluster of pinheads. But finally only one or two fruits will grow up.

A nersery in Khonkean may have them.

Today I tested my electric pasteurizer, it worked well.
If my presupposition, to germinate spores then kill pathogen at 62 - 70 degrees C, is correct,
growing mushroom for the beginner will be easier.

Rainy season is coming back. I am preparing Tricholoma crassum substrate bags for returning the mushroom back into the nature in Korat.

Can I ask again... for the DIY bags, we just need to find a suitable location to put the bags and remove the cover will do right?

After fully colonized, the DIY bag should be placed in confined place for keeping the moisture higher than 85%.

Remove the cover and case the topper part of fully colonized substrate with moisture retaining pot soil.

We use micro-bag technique to grow the milky mushroom with rich supplement.
The mushroom tastes half chicken and half squid.

I buried tree bags under rice husk and straw to keep the moisture high.

Mycelium in jute bag is still running, it takes longer time to fully colonize. (More nutrient, slower mycelium grows)
