In my case the next stage is “request more information”. I submitted 3 bank accounts information any of which could easily cover the $100,000 for instead of health insurance. They have come back and asked for an updated statement for one of the accounts instead of just relying on either of the other 2. it’s almost as if they are looking for reasons to delay or not approve. What nonsense

Does anyone know whether the $100,000 (instead of having health insurance) must be kept deposited in Thailand or can be in any overseas bank, or combination of both? Copy of health insurance Minimum coverage of 50,000 USD for hospitalization treatment in Thailand The stamp and the signature of the insurance company are mandatory Submission of this document can be done separately at a later date before a notification letter is issued OR Evidence showing valid social security benefits which insures hospitalization and treatment in Thailand OR Bank statement for the last 12 months, showing a deposit of no less than 100,000 USD and additional 25,000 USD per one dependent which has been held for at least 12 months

You can get a lot of Iceland stuff in Villa Market, including the pictured frozen fish. Also can get Waitrose frozen fish in Central food hall, which is prolly better fish.

So anyone know the difference in cost of policy say for one month between the $50000 and now $20000 requirement?

60 day covid extenson Tm30 form?
stuarty replied to Kitano298's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Hi. As I mentioned above, my Title document for the condo is in UK (and I cannot get hold of it) What else could constitute "Proof of Ownership"? -

Thanks. How exactly do I do this? Print out a paper form? Also, my physical title document is in the UK. Is there another way to prove residence, such as a letter from my condo management confirming ownership, or something like that? -
60 day covid extenson Tm30 form?
stuarty replied to Kitano298's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Hi I appreciate any help and advice, but sorry do not understand your comment. I own my condo and yes there are other condos/owners in the complex. The land is held by a BVI company. There must be hundreds/thousands of such cases. There is no other "condo-owner property guy" except me, for my condo. I wonder if I could just provide my own completed TM30 if asked. Everything else seems straightforward. -

Yeah your circumstances are different from mine. I dont have a landlord, as I own my condo. I am wondering how to produce a TM30 confirmation. Is a TM30 a must for Covid extension?? -
60 day covid extenson Tm30 form?

Thanks, the condo is also in Phuket. When you say "do a TM 30", could I just take along a completed form when applying for a covid extension, or what? -
60 day covid extenson Tm30 form?
stuarty replied to Kitano298's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Thanks. I stayed my first night in a (5*) hotel in Phuket, under test and go.. They presumably took my passport details for TM 30 purposes, but didn't give me anything back with the passport. I am now staying in my owned apartment. Do I therefore still need to do anything else when applying for covid extension? -
Hi. I have read on another forum that the FIRST 60 day covid extension would start from the date of approval, and only subsequent extensions would begin at the end of the previous 60 days. If so, I need to wait to apply later as its my first covid application. Could you please check and confirm if your first extension started at the end of, or during, the 30 days visa extension? Thanks.

Sorry what do you mean file it? Can I just take a completed TM30 filled in by me, when I go for Covid Extension? -

I have question about the TM 30 form. I am staying in my own apartment, so how can I provide what's needed for this part? -
Hi Thanks for your advice. Can I just clarify a point? Did you get the full 30 + 60 days, or did the 60 days start from the date of its approval. i.e. some time during (half way through) the 30 day extension I am asking because if I go for the 60 days extension on say 22nd, it won't cover the time I need overall unless it begins at the end of the 30 days.
