You want to convert 3 car spaces for bikes? if it was my condo building id be after your head, rules as it is devlopers only need to provide 1 parking spot for something like 3 units, so where do the cars go if you pinch there spots mr?

Tell them to park on the streets like the dam cars do...

Fool if you pay, remind the lass its not on in the west and she should respect your culture as you hers, other benifts for her like an elevated life style if you two hook up that should be enough.

1st get her out of the house and change all the locks, 2cd see a lawyer, if you can prove funds came from you the Thai court are likely to rule in your favor, knew a Thai female where the ex bf did this, he managed to get 50% then the place went up for sale as she couldnt pay him out, thats another problem but one step at a time, of course it was an open and shut case if you did it all after getting married, not sure if this is possible but leave your half to someone close and dear to you, how to deal with the mrs is put obstacles in her way as often as possible, of course Thais in general just ignore most things and so should you, just get he rout and try to enjoy your life.

Daiv Neitiz.......ummm......so revered down at the G but not by me....was a disater at first centre half then at full forward, loved him at centre half back stoped everything marked it too, would start attacts out of defence, made it as Victorian centre half back, then forget which dill coach we had at the time decided we didnt have any forwards so Daivd was elevated, sure as a sometimes move it payed dividends then it became forever...oh my god..defense fell away and we won even less games meanwhile Dave got frozen out of the game for veryyyyyyy long periods but no dill coach ever reversed that move one of the most stupid moves ive ever seen not just at the Demons but anywhere.....Dave was not a forward ever, ever ever ever and i seen all the games live in those days...

We wont talk about Eagles drugs the deaths after they retired etc will we? still like to know who they payed to hang on to that premiership cup...

Not my experiance had hp do a full reno of a condo...but....yes sure a few had very basic knowledge hence the supervisor running the job is whos ear i got into...

Like i said i was in building back home, also was aware about the suspect quality i could get, taking all things into concideration it was fine, could not give this to an Australian client..heaven forbid but really it turned out fine...

There is no magic,, its like witch doctor stuff, lot of things work but the reality is we have lost our way, lot of good science now no need for fads...

IMO, if you're not good enough to finish in the top half of the table, you shouldn't be playing finals.

 

Most of the people pushing it have a vested interest as it means more games and dollars for the broadcasters and the AFL.

 

It's a no from me.

7th and 8th are effectivly wildcard slots...like they dont go anywhere unless your the Demons who charge up then get crushed in the GF, to be true we came from 5th then...hahah which had been created as a wildcard slot 10 ys previous.

Honestly the AFL are clutching at straws, only the Crows in the modern era won a flag from below 4th so im with you uncle, in the NFL only the Raiders won a superbowl from wildcard, think there the only team to make the super bowl from wildcard to begin with...

I use to rant on here long ago about creating more winners but wild card is not the way to go...you finnish 9th your going out first round..

Rather how about a play off for the teams finnishing 9th to 14th, and call it wild wills cup or something, get better games there than a 9th team getting plummetted by Port or Pies...sim sala bin laden....
