I went to Kasikorn Pattaya Klang today, completed the required parts of the forms, first three boxes saying not US citizen. Then next form says tax resident Thailand? if not which country, i gave UK address and tax number. Can't see the point in giving NI number or fake number. They aren't interested and don't ask about how long in Thailand and all that, irrelevant for this form filling
