  1. Those that say it will be a success have stated their reasons why it will be. The city is changing, the demographics are changing and society is changing. These are all pretty undeniable facts.

Those that say it will fail have offered what reasoning? Their empirical and exhaustive knowledge of Pattaya beer bars that have gone tits up?

If it was a full on super market, like Lotus, would say yes success,

But no just one more boring small mall on the edge of the sukhumvet, will struggle in a few years time. wai2.gif

You moan about traffic at central festival but in a different thread you go to Hooters right on beach road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No moan about traffic from you then !!!!!!!!!!!

And you can dream on about malls, BigC, Lotus, Foodlands over the dark side to the cows come home.

Why build new just for you lot, when they already make you drive to there stores, !!!!!!!! cheesy.gif

  2. There is APS at Homeworks. Mr. Wi is the manager.

They have been to my place several times, good dependable service and my neighbors are using them too.

He might be too busy this time of year to take on a new client, especially if they are too lazy to go see him.

Is there a season for air con servicing ? clap2.gif

Yes. It's called the hot season.....The hot season is now so they are busy now because it's hot now and they are servicing air conditioners because people are hot....

Just like in the winter back home. The heater guy is busy when it's cold outside.....are you getting it?

That is why people who are smart service the aircon before the hot season.

    Crock of poo. thumbsup.gif

    Hot all year round, duh

  4. We been waitin' 15 years for the Central Road location to kill off Big C Extra--esp after the unthinkable happened in 2011 when Big C took over from Carrefour, which was supposed to be THE END. wink.png

Would you not agree BigC is a very different animal than the Harbor Mall.

Or are they the same ? smile.png

  9. Watching ladies with there kit on dancing on a stage in Pattaya.

Is more boring than watching paint dry. coffee1.gif

All the kit needs to be off thumbsup.gif

But there is one nationality that likes this type of crap entertainment.

  10. Very hard to describe where it is. don't have name so well hard !!!! will try.

    maybe more people will help.

Coming into pattaya, from north end on Sukhumvet,

This is well before you get to Naklua junction for say Banglamung post office.

Go past some of the big car dealerships on left,

Keep an eye out for a big temple on the right, think there is only one up there.

start now to look on the left, for a very small restaurant with a Bamboo roof.

about 15 tables all outside, cooking out front, drive very slow or you will miss it.

    but you will see it.

Food is cheap and ok, cold beer, yes, your lady will like it.

the place is new'ish, so the food quality is good. ( for Issan ha ha)

You will know its is the right place, it has a small stage in it, for the owners Thai band to play on.

    owner plays as well.

i only go in the afternoon, don't want a band,

Lots of Thais go there for lunch, 15:00 is a great time.

    Sorry i cant help more.

Will try get name from lady Chang tomorrow.

  11. I reckon they should build a network of tram lines, get those old green Melbourne trains running on them and have go-go dancers as drivers and conductors. It would be an international icon before you knew it.

Or better still 'Mister Me' put the whole of Pattaya underground...problem solved.

    Thats a bit harsh.

Jack needs to go out to play sometimes, or jack becomes a dull boy.

what would we all do with out Pattaya. intheclub.gif
