Hello everyne!!!

I'd like to ask those who have done it or have real knowledge about how it works, we have an export company it was established in 1993 and had some business till later year when I decided to have kids and my mother is not a real business woman, she struggled but it's clear that she cannot do it now that she is 63.... we have nobody in our family that is willing to deal with this, so we have hiered an accountant 2 years ago to close the company, they said it should take 3 years of no business and only then you can close...

now the accountant that we have got married and blah blah blah all the job is on her employees that seems to be not so good in understanding what they do...

I am still left with the question HOW TO CLOSE the company as all these years our accountant manages to show some business activity and even profits !!! and now by her reports we even have some stocks ( which we do not have for a year at least ) I can feel that our accounting is all messed up, and it makes me want to finish with this even more...

the company has assets among the rest- condominium which is the office for the company, 7 shareholders are our thai "friends" and our family.

I don't know if there is an option to sell the company... sell the condo together with a company( ??? ) if there is it could be another way to finish with it.

please help ....

I have dresses like that in my wardrobe and I still can't resist buying if I see one that fits me well at a good price.... nevermind I will wear them one day

ha ha ha ha I also once took a tuktuk and asked for furniture and teak stuff the journey was something... after he took us to all those useless ( to me) places we even managed to buy some lacqueware he was maaaad at me and payment of 100Bht. did not make him happy either.... no more tuktuk rides for me

Be careful with cheap Botox! My friend did Botox in Bangkok forehead 4500 bath but it was not real Botox. It looked great for 2-3 weeks but then the wrinkles was starting to show again.

I love Botox myself but always do it in Samitivej Hospital where I know they have the real stuff!

well I don't know which one is real or not.. I was quoted today 14500 for eyes and forehead, and 16000 at APEX for the same thing, it is all approximately the same...

I am looking for finished stuff... I was also in Bangkok on the road that sells all the wooden stuff... it's had a name that has something to do with wood it thai.. don't remember now...still pricey... and some things are also not finished... at least I would like to but carved teak panel big one maybe like 2.5 by 2.5 meter, want to use is as a room separation and for headboard of the bed... I love the carved things...

also was thinking to buy teak for the floors...

ps. that very nice site has no prices on it when I was there like 4 years ago it was quite empty and I really did not find much , maybe it was just opening then and different now now but water hyacinth bed was about 35000 bht which I did not find to be quite affordable, and I don't know what's Bor Song

They seem like very good prices for Botox. You will love it! Tiny amount of pain involved, no worse than popping a small pimple, and the results are great. If you don't like the look, it will wear off in a few months as results are not permanent. I get mine done every 6 mnths or so (between eyebrows, forhead and crowsfeet). Two things though, make sure you see them prepare the stuff, there have been a few reports of fake Botox being used (though personally I've never come across the fake stuff), and make sure the person injecting is qualified.

I just purchased Adidas and Nike sport tops with built in bra and the support is very good !!! I had a DD size just few weeks ago and I had prouble getting into them but while wearing the support was fantastic! now I am off from breastfeeding and down to C cup and still thee 2 tops are very good and better than my wacoal sports bra ...

Looking to but the furniture for my home I really like teak for it's smell and it would remind me of Thailand, I was thinking to go to ChiangMai for shopping to buy all that I need for home decor and furniture, but remember when I was there last time it was more pricey than bangkok or I just don't know where to look for???

I just got a flyer in my post about botox being offered at the clinic near me at as I think quite a low price like between the brows is 3700Bht, around the lips 5700Bht, crows feet around the eyes 4700Bht, I was never about botox and all but my sister whe does it regualry recomended I'd do some to make my skin more tight... well since I have never done anything like that I don't know hwere is THE place and what are the real prices, she did all her upper part of the face for equivalent of 15000 Bht, but that's not in Thailand... If any of you does something to make the looks last for longer please tell me what and where and how much are your investments into yourself?

I used to take Microgynon it was very good for me, I was not sick and I did not gain weight, or have problems with my skin while on it, I also tried Marvelon ( gave me morning sickness and tender breasts ) Diane35 ( same as Marvelon but also I was sick from all the smells more than usually ) and finally Microgenon was the best mild and effective.... when I diceded to have a baby I stoped using it and in 6 months I was pregnant. I was on it 7 years or more

Guys the woman I know who smsed me yesterday about the fact that they are not allowed to go home today is not picking up the phone my other thai pro-red who went there also don't pick up the phone, actually the phones are plain dead.... EVERYTHING you have seen on TV about the REDs here and there probably was staged to discredit reds, and I can say people that I know NEVER GOT PAID for being there it was their own decision, to stand up for their rights, they were all standing near the goverment house.

Don't you think it was so easy to discredit reds by dressing up other people as reds and allow them to do whatever for a day or 2, to then have rights to wipe the real reds away????

Pattaya was waaaay too staged up ( IMHO ) it was made to that ALL who attend the summit would see how BAD are the reds. For this the security allowed reds inside, and if you look at it all from a different angle you will see that all looks strange and really fishy.

last year during songran over 1500 people died in thailand as a result of drink driving incidents - I predict this year that figure will be down and certainly less than dies as a reult of this fiasco!

Did she say who's preventing her from leaving? From what we've now seen of the red shirts, I wouldn't put it past their own leaders to be physically preventing people from leaving. It wouldn't do their image any good to have people slinking away leaving only a few hard core thugs remaining.
