Hi I want to go weight training and I'd like to have a partner. I am really goal oriented and driven. now I hit the gym every day doing HIIT and some lifting but I feel lost with so many guys wondering around free weights and intimidated ... and also bored... so if there is someone who can take me in I'd be just so happy I can go mornings or afternoons, anytime. Ayutthaya69 I don't know WHY YOU DON'T MAKE A NEW ONE BEFORE BUY AIR PLANE TICKETS but if you can read I said and have to repeat again he has no time now ( new Russian passport takes 2 months to make, and Ihave no time to wait here another 2 months, I have to leave before June ) , and when he had time he did not make it, which is not my fault....

So, let's say you come to Thailand with a tourist visa, with six months left on your passport. When You're ready to leave after 2-3 months, Thai immigration won't let you leave because the passport isn't valid for another 6 months?

Call me a sceptic.

you ar right it's not for ALL countries like that...like Canada don't mind if your passport is expiring the next day you leave the country, Turkey will need a month of passport life when you come in, USA ( if granted ) will put a 6 months visa into 3months left passport... so it is different for al places but Thailand seems to be like this... I was just thinking if he'd have a proof of travel before his passport is to expire it could be ok... anyways his passport would have still be valid when he wold return back to Russia... but rules are rules...

Sorry about your problem. I understand it's warm in Russia this time of year but sounds like it's going to be pretty cold for him.

there is no way to make a Russian travelling doculents faster than 1month ... and that's when he's in Russia.. if he'd do it in Dubai it would take 6 months !!! I know better coz I have been through that.... like 4 times... never faster than 4 months if it's done outside of Russia...

in Russia they can make one FAST like 3 days if I write a telegram that someone died in the family which I will not do, as I believe it is not a good thing to say or write.... other than that even with money under table it's 1 months... I don't know how we'll get through it but.... now am just p!ssed....sorry guys...it's not your fault

but if he has a return ticket why you are saying that airline will be responcible to fly him back??? he has a ticket to he can just move his date and fly with his ticket back if he's refused the entry...

Because he has to pass through immigration entry then exit control in order to get on the flight leaving back using his onward ticket. Only a transit visa would preclude going through immigration.

not in Russia... it will take 2-3 months at least ( we have checked ) to get the new one... I am cursing him at the moment since I told him to get it done and he just merely forgot to do it....

he should be able to get out of Russia half way ( he is flying through DUbai and he has residence visa there so he does not need the passport to enter the country) but then to Bangkok....

I have just had a coil placed in Bamrungrad , it cost me around 4000Bht. I did it at my OBGYN Dr. Nopadol Saropala he is really nice, I had 2 kids delivered with him

My husband wants to come to thailand to have a short vacation before we both leave to Russia, his passport expires on 23.06.09 while it is very soon he will have his return ticket from Thailand on 5.06.09, ( so he willleave Thailand before his passport expires ) do you think it is impossible? and he will not be able to come here or it all depends on the person who will stamp him visa extemption ( Russians have 30 days visa extemtion )

don't try to avoid her, just be less talkative than usually, in your letters don't include all unnessesary stuff, maybe to make it a smooth transition itno normal working order start of cutting down the giggle and jokes and ending your office letter with a nice way of saying thank you for whatever you are asking her.

when talking to her don't talk to long find yourself some work to be busy with, nice little chat and that's enough.... cut times you spend with her without actual reason, it's going to be tough if you are as deep into it as me, but it will work for her to stop spending times with you too much talking about nothing and giving you all the joy you get from talking to her... you will get less complements from her because you wil talk less, then whateve you will get you will take as her just being nice polite and attentitive, and you will get by....

Wow... sorry it's an old post but I couldn't pass by without saying.. while I find that Silom branch IS loud on the enterance, I've been a member in Suk 23 and now memeber at Ekkamai, I used to enjoy the music in the locker rooms and I miss it, well now I know why they turned it down...

I think if someone doesn't like the club why join? to complain??? oh the floor are slimy, the music is gay, this and that...I think you actually take a tour of a club before you pay the money...

I like California WOW, their price is good, the place is good for those who come to work out, the music used to be quite energising, now a bit less so , but I now know why... I second what was said here by trajan, you want serene music go to the upscale clubs, they are boring, empty, clean and quiet ( I was a member in JW Marriot for 3 years so I know what I am talking about)

I would also like to know about key hole operation to fix umbical hernia and I doon't want to do it the open surgery becasue I am afraid it will leave a nasty scar.... I realy don't need it.. so ... if anyone can tell me about their surgeries and scars it left, if it's big or not?

I think they should do a general checkup on the child... last time I read in the forums that the child started having high fevers and vomiting, they were curing her of digestive problems but it came out to be a tumor in the brain....I hope it is not your case but id does not sound like an allergy to me...

I have just finished this dentist ordeal with my and a half year old daughter, we have visited coutless amount of dentists here and in Russia, and fimanny I decided to go to one very nice and gentle lady on Sukhumvit 41, we did4 upper front teeth with white crown and 2 back teeth with silver crown all in 3 visits, she is very gentle and nice but only works on Saturdays the clinic is small and very cozy, DENTALAND on soi 41 just about 50 meters in to the soi, go to her she is very very good would not reccomend anything not needed , she herself has 2 kids and she feels for a child I can't reccoment her and this clinic highly enough, we went also to Asanavant did not really like the feel in the clinic and Bangkok Hospital Dental it was totally bad , I'd never go there again just checkup cost me 1200 when it usually costs me 300 in Dentaland

thank you for such a full reply I have found that Paiyavate hospital offers some Oncology & Gene Therapy Cancer Treatment I will have to see what is it... it is difficult for me at the time as there are lots of kids with multiple problems and some are very urgent, so I am at loos of where to begin...

I worry that people are saying that it is BEST to be treated in Europe, I can't believe, but I know that not all medicine availabel in Europe is available in thailand anâ it can possibly affect the end result...

anyway will try to contact Bumrungrad first coz that's where I am doing my checkups... and Bangkok hospital I have found to be pricier than other 2 Bumrungrad and Samitivej... so I would not go there at all...

You know it funny how a story like this play out around the WORLD, I just receive an email from, Italy an old(er) friend(71), who is on the little blue pill once in awhile, his comment to me not a problem his lady is 62 has false teeth, he makes darn sure they are out when she does her thing.

that's right ! don't come to thailand for young hot hookers, they are way to hot and can bite your member off, opt for old hookers instead , they have more experience, they know better, they cost less AND they don't have teeth!!!!

to be honest I don't even know where to start, surely I can just tryo to contact all the hospitals and see which ones actually deal with leukemia and meduloblastomas ( these seem to be the most common in cases that ask for help ) but without review from other people will I ever know if this hospital is good in what they do? then each case is so different and time frame is so tight...

for me to offer this option to people I have to be sure that in Thailand they have all the knowledge and technology to cure... Bumrungrad... while I am myself go to Bumrungrad I can say I was lucky with the doctor, and I have tried to see other doctors there and found that most of them are not even interested to find out what is really wrong with you, it's like they don't even listen just tell you that either you are ok and it is normal or give you some unnecessary meds that you will later find out have nothing to do with your illness...

when it comes to life and death situations you want to make sure the decision you make is one of the best ones...

I hope that nobody had ever had to see a doctor in that department, but I am a member of many groups of sick children that try to collect the money and go to Israel, Germany or other European countries for cure, most of the time they can't find the money 100-150k euros and.... I was thinking a lot on how I can help, I think in Thailand all medical treatments are much cheaper than in Europe, while the quality is still good....so maybe I can recomend those parents to try to opt for Thailand... but I am not a doctor and maybe someone here is... I dont know where to start my research on good Thai Paediatric oncologist, and then I'd have to compare their offers, to those that european doctors are giving...

or should I not even try? and there are no miracles in Thailand??? it doesn't really take a miracle, but sometimes good healing hands of a proffessional from the heart...can I find one here?

From what I understand, this is not possible in Thailand.

A corporation can only be declared bankrupt by the court -- after the corporation has been sued by a creditor or creditors.

That's my understanding, anyway...I could certainly be wrong.

I agree, though, that the original poster should fire their accountant. A company can be legally wound up and its accounts settled at any time.

The three-year thing is how long it takes for a company to be declared DORMANT and have its license revoked by the Ministry of Commerce if it goes silent (and does not file its annual accounts).

I will try to call sunbelt... I am just really tiered that everyone we meet is trying to say turn to us we will do what you want but then nothing happends and we just end up paying money for empty promisses...

I don't know what our accountant is doing now but even it does not look like making our company DORMANT AS she does makes yearly balance sheet.... ( I was realli tempted to say "balance sh!t " coz I think it is total mess )

we one tried to turn to world renouned accounting company but they said they don't deal with small companies and their monthly charge was really not for the small ones....

the "6 weeks and a 50,000 baht" promise does sounds good!

well I was writing a lot till my baby turned off the computer... nothing got saved to to make the story short, this iss not the first accountant like this we are trying to close since 2005, changed 3 accountants all saying they can do and later they can't, all saying tha last accountant was sooo bad and they are the masters of their business ( if that's getting paid for nothing then they did not lie )

so the question still stands to close the company.

as for assets... the accountant told us that we can only sell by market price and then if we do we have to pay 30-% tax as the income from the sell would be a additional income for the company that is taxed at 30%... firstly I don't think we'll be able to sell at market price now when everyone struggling to sell at any price, and then I don't think I'll be so happy to give up the third of it for tax.... that's a lot of money ( estimated value of the condo is 25-30 mil. bht)

and the last one even if we sell the assets how to take the money out of the country ???

it's crazy but it feels like I am stuck with this company, it has no profits or income whatsoever , we still have to pay all the taxes ( for the supposed workers ) and accountant fees monthly.. it's a definite burden as I have no plans in staying in thailand ....so it's a family @asset@ that I really do not wish to have...

well botox is like an instant youth injection but what about other means, it doesn't help with sag of the face any one done something about that? and for BOTOX if you have done and it was fake ( yet you have paid for BOTOX ( which like a brand name there is no other ) then potentially you can go back and claim... I would do that in a heart beat !!!

I almost understand the OP I also do not need to become rich , but my brother in law asked me to find out about it, he wants to open exclusive place ( not 5* lux kina exclusive but something that these is none yet ) he is Yemeni and well he wants to open a real Yemeni place, it's a good idea , we have the potential workers and a cook and someone who can calculate the cost of everything and put it togethe but what we do not know is what needed in Thailand to open a cafe or restaurant or any other food and drinks selling place.
