  1. just a reminder that this is very common these days in PP. its even done among families. you may not even notice because some of them will only steal very small amounts of money. the danger is that the people administrating the drugs are completely ignorant. people die of drug overdoses here all the time. I would bet that most of them were actually administered by ignorant ladies. just a reminder because, as I said, very common, the drugs are legal and readily available in Cambodia, and considered by those doing it to be harmless, easy and a cool way to rob people, get a break from husband/wife for the evening, or rape a family member or friend. but it has possibly lethal results

Sure Sam will be justly treated by HS's judiciary.  I think he will pass on the offer.   These tinpots all start at some time to believe in their own propaganda.   Wonder what all the garment workers thought of dear leader's speech.

if they have access to uncensored news they will be probably be more concerned about weather they will still have jobs after the EU stops giving Cambodia preferential treatment.

...are you referring to the police, the evicted land owners, or Cambodia as a whole?

I was referring to whoever gave the police their orders, but the longer I stay in Cambodia the more difficult I find your question to answer. for example, today I had a lady who unsuccessfully tried robbing me a while back, and her friend who I have never met, tell me to <deleted> my mother, and I had an american ex prison inmate that was repatriated to cambodia and now sells ice on the riverside tell me in an american accent to go back to america, when Im not even american. the place confuses me

This is the Cambodia sub forum. OP is living in Phnom Penh.

OP you can certainly try making a complaint to the police but odds are they are well aware of him and he is paying them off.

If you can afford it/are willing, a payment to police to ensure no future issues with this guy might work.

Sent from my SM-J701F using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app

the guy wont be paying off police. he sleeps in the street and all his income comes from burglaries and forcing vulnerable people to give him money, which wouldnt be much. I very much doubt many people are aware of what hes doing. he plays the cool guy around tourists etc, altho due to his arrogance he had no qualms about beating a woman in public. hes tried in the past to be friends with me but I told him thats not going to happen. hes basically a bully.

also, in reply to the Thai expats, I lived in Pattaya for a long time. the thugs on the beach there are worse. You dont really notice them but theres some nasty ones there. One of them murdered a tourist one night on the beach, but the police wrote it off as a drunk tourist falling in the ocean.

You can, but they'll want payment (the police).

any idea what the fee is? this evening I had to intervene when he boxed and kicked a female friend of mine at the riverside because she had no money to give him, he then told me he was going to kill me. plenty of witnesses, the guys a lose canon.

Not that the average Khmer will learn much by listening to the left-wing US slanted diatribe that was served up in the past. Probably the last thing in the world Cambodia needs is the US trying to push its morals and standards onto a population whose largest industry is manufacturing bicycles.

Im curious as to what the link is between manufacturing bicycles and anything else you said?

  7. "Mr Hun Sen said the government’s stance on heritage site encroachment is often taken advantage of by political parties who accuse it of violating human rights."

hey mr sen, you already jailed the opposition and elections arent for another 5 years, maybe a trip to your singapore doctor for a senility check up is due?

When you finely realize your trading, I guess you will know for sure. Until then, it is just a number without value. Or I am mistaken here?

If Im going to buy two coins, how much transfer cost do I have to pay, and what does it cost to put in a wallet storage? Annular fee, or? Someone have a simple explenation? Explain buying Bitcoin in a simple dummy way, Thanks

not sure exactly what you mean. the storage costs nothing. at the moment Im paying about 5c to transfer to an exchange to cash out. they have their fees as well. check out localbitcoins.com to get an idea of buying.
