Someone read the reason for me it says insufficient funds. But the officer really got angry when i couldnt read thai. I had 9k baht on me a business world mastercard fully loaded and a kasikorn atm. I believe only cash counts. If i had enough cash i believe he would have said something else.

I asked imligration a 7 days visa they said is impossible because everything is already done.

I already have the ticket to france. What a waste of money and ressources. I will make a new passport and apply for tourist visa to go back and sell my car and recover my stuff. They said because is the immigration who is saying that i cant stay the rule is going back to my home country and not another country.

Tried again to ask for another destination to someone else. She asked the superior who said only france again. They will catch every ed visa, some of you may not have any problem of they encounter a lazy officer. Word is to check on every ed visa.

They said i will be refused in other countries because of my thailand refusal stamp. They dont want to let me fly anywhere else than france.

Im with a guard around the airport. Had to pay 600 baht for the guard. Waiting for ticket office to open to buy my ticket. They said the guy i talked with was the superior. It was a detention room they signed papers and told me i would be sent of thailand.

They didnt let me in. I asked 100 times to fly anywhere else than my country and it was refused. They said the only country i can go back is France. Immigration officer told me every ed visa will be checked.

Thanks, i contacted the FDA and i will wait for their answer. If it can be done without much problems i will do it, if not i will find another business to do.

The company is based in Hong Kong, that will not change. What i want is to send the products from Thailand because they are cheap and avalaible everywhere. I may need a few thais to package and ship the products. But i want this to be legal as i wont enjoy going to prison.

Just obtain the pharmaceutical export license. Then pass the exams (In Thai ! ) which will enable registration as a Pharmacist.

Set up and register the business.

Seems to be easy

If that is the only problem i can employ a pharmacist in my company, no big deal.

Would it be legal to open an online pharmacy to export the products in other countries ?

The idea is simple, create an online pharmacy with a company in Hong Kong then send the products from Thailand to the whole world except Thailand as it's not legal in Thailand to sell drugs online.
