Im getting told by many that the service companies helping with setting up a Thai limited company are charging from 12000-20000 baht. i contacted several in pattaya and got prices from 35000ex vat and import,export reg 25000 ex vat 7%. I will make this company for my girlfriend in just her name just to see how it goes and later if it expands to more shops then ill join. So can someone tell me what are the prices you paid and in that case point me in the right direction. Thank you for your time

Does the mother have any plight to take care of her children? Is the mother obliged to support her oldest daughter for taking care of the siblings? The mother demands 50000 thb from oldest daughter to take back her children so she can open a nail saloon. If that is the case can the mother again just neglect her children. The one who sells the bike says he will make the transfer of ownership himself while i would like to make it at an office. He dont understand why i dont want to let them make the transfer.
