Theres a good website called 'RENTHUB' not sure if its allowed to post links, but if you search renthub pattaya, can browse hotels and pick your monthly room rate in the filter. They are usually 8000 to 15000 for 30 nights but you can go cheaper if you wish.

Have you considered using an iptv service? I see them on Lazada for 6000thb per year, but a lot of xpats in my area are paying 2000thb per year and its very impressive. They have all the sport, movies and entertainment channels from around the world, plus playback. You still need a internet connection to use one, but ive even heard of people enjoying them using hotspot from thier mobile sim.
