Does anyone know how income from rental properties are taxed.
It used to be 12.5% I'm not sure but I think that's all changed now, this is concerning a Thai person nothing to do with forigners.

"A sex worker in Kanchanburi, a province bordering Myanmar, recently testing positive for Covid-19, the department came up with guidelines on how to prevent Covid-19 transmission during intercourse."

it's not the uk governmrnts job to vaccinate expats, if you want the vaccine it is being provided free of charge within the uk, so go home. vaccinating expats in thailand, or any other country, would be a slippery slope as all uk expats around the world would expect similair treatment, a massive undertaking. expats in thailand are not a special case.
So what's wrong with vaccinating all expats around the world same as USA and other western countries. The point here is they they are giving free vaccines to forigners in other countries but won't give to their own citezens in other countries, many of which still pay tax to the UK government.

Not only do actions have consequences, but inaction has them, too.
Up to him isn't it the freedom of choice

If you put the tenants on the electric and water bills you will not be able to check they are paying especially at the end of their tenancy and you will still have to pay for reconnection
If the electricity is cut off any idea how much to reconnect

Can anyone tell me what documents are needed for a THAI person to borrow money from a bank or other lender, I'm told that electric and water bills in their name is sufficient.

Why would you want to achieve non-dom? "Non-resident" is very easy to achieve if you don't want to be obligated to pay UK taxes. I would think 99% of the UK nationals here in Thailand are non-resident in UK tax terms rather than non-dom.
If you want to achieve non-dom for other reasons then I apologise for mentioning this.
Being non resident doest get you off inheritance tax.
No benifits of being non resident anymore George Osborne saw to that
