Good afternoon,
last year i made a contract with 3bb for the Adsl at the speed of 13 mb / 1 mb for 900 thb a month
Now i am looking at the 3bb internet site and i see that the new package come with 15 mb / 1 mb for the same price.
So i will like to switch to that one . I was wondering if anyone here have do that before, and if you think there will be any difference.
Thank you

Saw that CPALL - the 7/11, Makro group are about to issue some more debentures. Indicative rates are: 4.1% for 5 years, or 3.55% for 2 years. There would be 15% WHT on those.
From an issuer's point of view, it's a nice time to be issuing, with low rates. From an investor's point of view, I don't find Thai bonds particularly attractive at the moment. The rates are a bit better than cash, but at those levels I'll stick with 2.3% - 3% on cash. I bought some CP All bonds a year or so back, and rates were 4%+ for 3 years, so wasn't too bad a lock in, with falling rates. Don't have much appetite to add to them at even lower rates than last time
Cheers
Fletch
hi Fletch,
which bank you use, to buy bond issue?
thanks

I went to ask directly the bank.
First UOB : they say that they only sell mutual fund, but that i can try their broker Kay HIan
second Krungsri: they say is possible to buy bond, but they not have that one but they tell me that Scb , Krungthai and bangkok bank maybe have
so i go ti bangkok bank, and after wait a bit they take my number and they say they will call me back.

Anyone buy governmant bond before?

Good morning everybody,
I will like to buy some Thailand governament bond. How can i do that?
In particular i am looking to buy the TH062302O000 , but online i cannot find any price
Next week i will go to the bank to ask, but i will like to have some info first than go.
Also regarding the tax, as far as i understand they will pay the coupon less 15% and i can after claim it back if is not that much. Is it difficolt to ask for a certificate to claim back the tax? I have to ask the bank, or in case of fix income they will provide it to me directly?
thank you very much

Good Morning,
i actually stay in a condo in Pattaya, but i think to move in the near future to a house. I think i will rent first and than look for buy one.
The problem is where is the best location or village for house aroung pattaya?
Actually for me is very important security so i will like to stay in something like a village where there is a gate and a 24h security guard. Also not to far from pattaya. let's say not more than 15-20 min from central pattaya. I will also like to have a swimming pool in the house and the budget is something like 20-25k thb
