Most of the people that are bitching about Americans would love a green card , being rich and powerful makes (some) people jealous .
I like the average American more than I like most other nationalities , I am Canadian and people constantly ask me if I am American because of the similar accent , I tell them no I am Canadian and then they apologize , <deleted> do they have to apologize about .

I have owned a ER6N for 3 years now , 0 problems and I think a great bike for the price . I think a better looking bike than the Gladius IMO . But maybe you should be looking at the new Honda CB650 in that price range . I bought the new BMW F800R last week and it's a pretty big step up on the Kawasaki ER6N but a lot more money at ฿ 440,000 .
Have you taken the Honda or the Kawasaki for a test ride ?

II2 I ran the Rosso II's for two years and they are a great road tire but the difference with the SP2's is night and day. For BKK Rosso II's are your best choice but wait until you get the SP2's. You will be shocked by their cornering ability. My only complaint with them is they seem to be slightly heavier and I've lost a little top end speed but that could be to do with the speedo or me gaining weight. I'm going to try one of those GPS apps to calibrate my speed.
Take Care.
sorry , SP2's ? what tire is that ?

lose the Dunlop , grab the Pirelli . I noticed a big difference on my ER6N and would never use the stock Dunlops again

If this is a first date then no way should you be planning to spend that much.
Never blow cash on Thai girls.
Take her to a normal Thai restaurant and spend 500 Baht max. Encourage her to pay her share.
If she doesn't like it, tell her to bugger off.
Wow , you are pretty much like every Thai girls dream date ! They must be kicking your door down trying to hook up with you

What , no picture of the puppies , the dog breeder , the house where they were sold ? There are a couple of students playing with rabid dogs somewhere whose lives could be saved with this information .

couple of threads on this already , I did not know they would be building the F800GS here but the F800R is going to be built here . Price on the F800R is 440 000 baht

Called the BMW dealer in Chiang Mai , asked when there will be a F800R in Chiang Mai so I can take a look at it and a test ride . Was told that they will not bring one to Chiang Mai unless somebody orders one and no test rides for sure . The mind boggles

I was a cable splicer for the phone company for many years , one of the first things they drilled thru our heads was if you saw somebody passed out in the confined space was to never ever go in there after him as it just meant you were going to join him .
They should have had a something to test the air , and then a blower that goes in there to ventilate , then test the air again .
but this is Thailand
If they locked up the CEO of this company for a couple of weeks , this sort of thing would never happen again .

The best bikes for long travels are from BMW, but (luckely) not made in Thailand. In Thailand too expensive, good price in Singapore. Or you bring your own, by ship or plane. Ducati ist not produced in Thailand, but in Italy. If you are looking for a cheap bike, you should check in Hanoi, Vietnam. BMW and Ducati available there.

Indian is a great looking bike , way to pang for me though
