Independent organizations and anti-corruption committees are enemies of 'True Democracy' Mugabe or Pol Pot style!

The Farmers could get paid if the "Ammart"(Rich Elite Establishment) quit their selfish opposition to the government getting a loan, but it will be interesting when a loan is presented to the EC and they reject it all will know who is causing the farmers suffering for political gain!
Cheers!
The farmers should have been paid in October 2013 and not after the 'rich ammart' rice and rubber farmers of the South and Central planes are in Bangkok to protest against a corrupt regime!

"Blowing whistles at people is harmful as well as a violation of people's rights. It can also be seen as intimidation," he said, adding that the number of people who love Pojaman is far higher than the total number of people in the "elite" regime.
I have been harrased in numerous car parking facilities by whistle blowing attendants....please tell them to stop intimidating me and violating my rights!
These people in the clip have actually assaulted the ex and the security guy. A little different to a parking attendant.
This is actually a very civil result of the great divide her former husband (divorced on legal grounds to keep assets when his money was seized btw) created.
The Shins and lackeys will have to get used to the fact Thailand stops at Korat or Uttaradit for them. Not good, but Karma is a femal dog!

What a terrible world it would be if the red shirts actually had power.
No freedom of expression.
Democracy red style, zero tolerance.
They do have the power and sucked the country dry for a good 500 billion from the rice scam alone. And if all go well, a stunning 2.2 trillion baht loan to divide in the coming years! The middle and upper management of the red mob movement have had a couple of good years financially and does not want to give that up!

Almost sounds like a motive!

No shocks there, has any rich powerful person in Thailand. Ever been accountable. Or punished?
Yes Thaksin was sentenced to 2 years in the dungeons! He escaped and went in exile, hoping he could buy/intimidate his way out of his situation.
So far: the more he digs, the deeper his hole.

I see it now. the democratic opposition of the future complete with their whistles in parliament. I guess its better than them sitting down and crying because they could not get their way, or resigning in mass. they were fortunate that Yingluck did not call for elections to just replace them after they resigned.
Those whistles in parliament is a great idea. I mean, whenever the opposition has something important to say, their microphones are switched off!

Like Paragon, Central, and Terminal 21, Emporium is a Yellow-shirts shopping area.
Red-shirts should not be welcome there.
Red-shirts can also go to the Imperial LadPrao.
Ridiculous comment - Grow up
Not that ridiculous I am afraid. DO you think Abhisit can go to the night bazaar in Chiang Mai?
The Shinnawatras and their UDD gestapo have created and consequently widened the division and hatred in Thailand and can no longer go shopping in Bangkok without being harassed! Expect more of this in the future. Persona non grata in Bangkok and large parts of the country!
Not that it should be like this, but you reap what you sow!

Nice watch she's wearing.

would be useful if she focused her energies on paying 1 million poverty struck rice-farmers what SHE owes them.
We got paid on time in Chiang Rai, zero delay. My Thai family are fervent red shirts though, maybe that helped.

Dr Aat noted that Thailand may lose the status of leading rice exporter in ASEAN
You are behind the times sir Thailand has already lost it.
There is also the high processing cost in Thailand as compared to Vietnam and Burma which was quoted recently as :
Thailand 9266 B per ton
Vietnam 5615 B per ton
Burma 4353 B per ton
No we don't need farmers subsidized by hundreds of billions a year that only leads to dependency, high costs and inefficiencies.
There will need to be some support in the short term but the goal must be to get costs down and profit per rai up.
Yes but Thai rice is 3 times more delicious, especially when aged in a cellar for a couple of years. The flowery fungal taste is addictive!

I hope Suthep will talk to her to hopefully save any other children from being killed. Any meeting should be recorded so neither side can lie about what was said in the meeting.
If Suthep and his little mob are as peaceful and nice as they say then what is the problem with talking. Stop the Violence Suthep and sit down at the table and save a few lives. You have the invitation prove who you say you are and talk or bugger off.
The moment the Yingluck government betrayed the people of Thailand (and her mandate) by rushing through an amnesty bill that would benefit her brother and affect 25000 other corruption cases, and the moment the Yingluck administration ignored all national and international warning calls about the failure and rampant corruption in the rice scam, now that was the moment that talking became useless. There is no middle ground her! Her administration and the entire network up to local level had their snouts in this organized theft. They will never give up and face responsibility and justice.
She has only one choice to make now, will she step down and let justice run its course or will she await the same fate as Yanukovych?
She is history, but doesn't realize it yet and that's exactly what makes this all so dangerous!

Do the rice farmers realize that they are being totally stitched up? By agreeing to this, their contract with Yingluck is null and void. They have to accept the market value for the overstock. With supply and demand factors and the poor condition of the rice, this cd be 20X less then they originally agreed….
The Thai rice market is ruined. Importers will negotiate the price down to their teeth, farmers are paying highly inflated prices for renting land, fertilizer, etc.
Being a rice farmer was hard, but will only be tougher. Most of them won't survive and if they do, no one will step in their footsteps.
The whole branch is destroyed and soon to be 'colonized' completely. We were already asked to grow Japanese rice for a Japanese importer. They will issue seeds, knowledge and will harvest. All we have to do is lease them the land. Of course we will take this offer!

It does not matter which side they are in, we all should help the farmers. The farmers have been used by both sides but it is time to show some respect to the farmers. Without farmers, we don't have foods.
Yes, let the tax payers fork up the stolen 400 billion! Helping the farmers now equals helping the thieves who corrupted the system and who without resistance will get away with it! At the account of all hard working tax paying Thais.

om moving forward? No
I'm confused. Are you referring to the brutal terrorists in 2010 or the anti dictatorship protestors in 2013/14?
Don't forget the acts of terrorism in 2006 and especially 2009 (LPG tanker in street of Bangkok, Asean Summit Pattaya)

ok, if he wasn't a close aide to Hun Sen, than surely he was send from cambodia to vote - that's exactly what fuhrer said on saturday night. If he was shot by the mob, he must be guilty
I thought the Fuhrer died in 1945. Maybe I am wrong and he's still alive and living of his fortune in a country like Dubai!

Either you're with us or you're Cambodian. That's Suthep's argument.
I have never interpreted his words this way, but apparently you have. Care to share your wisdom?

Yingluck has no choice but acting ignorant, The house of cards is about to fall and many of the present representatives are going to face serious prosecution now that the world media is seeing right through them! And that's what they deserve, as this is most likely the biggest corruption scam ever to have surfaced in Thailand. A one way ticket Dubai seems a plausible option for miss Run-Out-Off-Luck!

I guess this latest Chinese company that cancelled its order for 1,2m tons of rotten Thai rice was another fake deal and they got scared. The company seems to have no website or any google emotions apart from this aborted deal
Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand
Another member posted here a few days a go the details of the company. The sole representative of the Chinese company also happened to be the personal assistant of one of the red leaders wife .
The one that has no money to start an airline but did!
Bomb thrown at Pojaman whistle- blowers’ house

Whistles versus bombs! Both painful for the ears and a big warning to those thinking different than the government.
