Go outside. Breathe. Is there a problem? If you start to cough and choke, then there is... If not - this is another narrative... Ask yourself why? Who benefits?
Do you realoy believe that or are you sarcastic?

Sadly, two week tourists are blissfully unaware of any of this......it will have zero impact on tourism......if it did, they might do something about it.
Lot of tourists, both local and inter, cancelled their trips to Chiang Mai this year due to the smog, so it does have an impact on tourism. Problem is that very powerful companies earn from the pollution and are also making a lot of donations to the people in charge (all the way to the top if you know what I mean).

What's wrong with that picture ... 🤣

When's that ... next May ... 🤣
Seen the high sugar prices, it might be year round soon.

At what cost? Bye bye Surin islands, Laem Song and other national parks with primary rainforests. This part of Thailand is stunning, and soon to be destroyed bye greedy politicians and contractors.

No, they wont. Illegal substances fetch a much higher price than 'tolerated' substances. The price of kratomnand cannabis went in a freefall.

Umm, I think if a government declares a war it would be "legal", but there are certainly rules about how they are fought and bombing hospitals and schools etc are war crimes, as is intentionally targeting civilians.
A war is between 2 countries and Im pretty sure that the invaded country doesnt consider a war as legal.

Deaths are expected and accepted during wars
Its not illegal to kill people in a war
hence the comparison with Putin. There are no legal wars.

Those are facts , nothing to do with Putin or Fox news or even my personal opinion
Its a fact and rules of war
There is nothing legal in killing innocent civilians.

please stay away and visit or stay at a welcome country!!
Could you name a welcome country? Farang people, you probably mean western people , are very welcome in this country imho.

No I don't sound like Putin .
You just mentioned Putin name to make my true statement appear to be untrue
I expect Hitler is feeling a bit neglected at the moment
You are trying to justify the slaughter of innocent civilians, hence the Putin comparison. Try to educate yourself a bit on what's going on in Gaza, rather than believing everything Fox News wants you to.

Good old Bob using the 'them-against-us' rhetoric again. Why do you choose to live in a country where the locals hate foreigners (in your opinion)?

It isn't crime for Countries to declare war .
So, he hasn't committed any crime in waging war in Gaza , its all legal , no crime committed

Not truth, just perception. The way you see Thailand and the Thai people is different than how I see it.
A lot of foreigners, especially those at the lower end of the social-economic spectrum will turn each topic in a them-versus-us discussion. Quite sad actually.

I was planning to take my dad on a holiday to Mae Kampong, Lampang and Nan the week after Songkran until I remembered about the burning. There's no point going to my planned places unless the sky is clear. Gonna have to figure out something to do in the south instead. My trip was for 3 people, spending would have been about 60,000 baht going to the local economy. Imagine how much money they are losing due to this when you increase the numbers.
Same here, I strongly advise my friends and family members NOT to travel to Thailand from November till May because of the smog. Exception for the south of course. Thailand wants millions of tourists but doesnt care about these serious health issues. As someone already noticed, the solution is easy. Stop agricultural burning.

There is a clear lack of understanding of pedophiles in this message board.
It is perfectly legal to be diagnosed as a pedophile by a psychiatrist to whom you have revealed your paedophilic fantasies about sex with prepubescent children.
It becomes illegal when a pedophile acts on his fantasies eg when he looks a child porn or attacks a prepubescent person.
But I stand by my charge that a n umber of gays are active pedophiles. If people find it offensive fine.
Very offensive, almost ridiculous, and a clear sign of homophobia caused by either ignorance, religious ignorance or a form of latent homosexuality.
You are the reason these Pride parades are necessary.

This canal or land bridge will destroy prime rain forests, and will have a devastating effect on Ko Payam, Ko Chang, Surin NP and Laem Son NP.
Better visit the Surin islands while you can as business interests are threatening its beauty.
