No, I only want to check my balance to assure I can recieve a text message but its simply not registering on teh network, treid taking sim out etc restart. wont connect to any network, not even the CSL which is the preferred AIS roaming network

HI There, just arrived HKG and my ais 12call sim in my galaxy ace 3 says "not registered on network" mobile data is "on"

I got in there at 7:45am and was able to get in line inside the inspection building and was number 6 and was out by about 8:30. I guess, pretty painless. 820baht transfer fee was all.

I think another point here is that Thailand is run by Chinese. Those mainlanders are their uncles and relatives so they allow them in but I would be more concerned about them doing what they will do with business and build zillions of cheap aprtment buildings and ripping apart whatever is in the way to do it. Anyhow the Chinese are taking over the planet and will certainly be the final human species.

6. Dont have your friends all take different positons in line then jump over to the one who is farthest in front.

7. Dont ride the motorbike on the sidewalk.
