The appointment site is not in the same category as online 90 day reporting. Not surprising that they new nothing about it.

Yes I know, at Kalasin the 90 day report is in a separate office to the extension applications. The staff that deal with the extension applications had no knowledge of my appointment.

  2. I have never done a TM30 but the IO did do the home visit for my most recent extension based on marriage so my address should be on the system. When I do the 90 day in person there is never a problem. I use the Kalasin office and I firmly believe that they just don't do anything online, I  successfully booked an online appointment to apply for the extension but received blank stares when I arrived and as I said before my 90 day reports are neither accepted or rejected, constantly pending.

  3. Morning all, I am familiar with most of the foreign owned fishing parks around Thailand (Gillhams, Teak Tree etc.) but as I live in Kalasin they are simply too far away to fish regularly. Do you guys have any recommendations for fishing in this area, I'm not expecting to catch monsters but reasonable sized catfish and carp would be great.

I'm aware that the house would need to be sold within a year, and I'm sure her trusted family could deal with the intricacies of that and give me the funds.

What if the husband wishes to continue living in the house with a child from the marriage?

  5. I have a Paypal account linked to my Thai bank through which I receive money from abroad. It seems that from February 2022 this may no longer be possible (there is a thread running about this topic). Is anyone currently using Payoneer to receive payments and if so have you been informed of any changes to their service? I do have a Payoneer account but have never used it.

    Thanks in advance.

  6. To the OP, unfortunately your age and location may be against you at the moment.

This is my experience of vaccine registration:

    Age: 56

    Location: Kalasin

    Underlying health problems: No

    Overweight: No

I successfully registered via [email protected] on Aug. 3rd, no contact since then.

After seeing a post yesterday about registration being opened for those over 40 I successfully registered via thailandintervac.com.

My chose hospital (Khon Kaen) was shown has only offering AZ or Sinovac, I clicked the link and saw that Pfizer was also available. There were 4 time slots available (which as of this morning are fully booked), both the vaccine type and vaccination dates were pre-filled.

However AZ vaccines are still available, although in limited numbers.

There is a function that allows you to check the status of your application by entering your pasport number.

Hope this information is useful for some.

Thats an option anyway - My Wife’s cousin, asymptomatic was not best impressed with being in a field hospital and arranged to have himself transferred to a more comfortable private hospital (obviously at his own cost / or the cost of his insurance).

There's the rub, will the insurance pay if you're asymptomatic?

My insurance (April) quotes:  'Treatment for medically-necessary services related to COVID-19 are covered up to the annual limit'

Thus, the wording seems to offer enough ‘wiggle room’ for the insurance to avoid payment of hospitalisation if I were to test positive without symptoms.

Thanks for the answers guys. This was my main concern regarding the insurance.
