OK I see, that makes sense. In a previous posting I was told my 90 day must be done at the office that issued your non-0 visa (but that doesn't hold logic to me). I want the CoR for applying for a Yellow Book thabian baan. Regards

Thanks yes. As another poster has mentioned, Chonburi requires a 90 day TM47 which I do have - however it was last done in BKK because it HAS to be done in BKK because my non-O marriage visa is based in BKK last year.

Thanks. Yes we just did a TM30 for me in this house as I was previously registered in BKK (where I was working). My last 90 day report was in BKK as my visa is BKK based. I guess now my wife's thabian baan is now Chonburi, my TM30 done Chonburi, I can do 90 day in Chonburi??? (Although my current non-O was done in BKK) Regards Paul

I do not have a rental agreement as I live in our house which is registered in my wife's name What docs are required for proof for the cert of Residency? Wife's thabian baan? Marriage certificate? Marriage registration? Wife ID? Note this will be at Chonburi immigration

Thanks. I have done efiling in the past but the issue is you do not get the physical yellow receipt slip. I found other gov departments do not accept an efiling receipt, only the yellow slip as evidence of tax filing.

Hi, One more thing I hope you can advise. In BKK I do not rent. No landlord. I am married and my wife is property owner. I was expecting to use Thabien Baan and my marriage certificate/registration as evidence of residence. I have a Non-O for marriage in BKK and 90d in BKK. I hope this works

I have obtained from Jomtien in the past in person actually when buying a motorcycle, But in this case I am kinda concerned because it is related to selling a car for a large sum of money and don't want it it fall apart

Hi DrJack. I have been doing my 90d in BKK as until recently I have been working and living in BKK. I (or my wife) has a BKK property but I also have properties (in my name) in Chonburi. I am thinking maybe the least risk is to get letter from CW Imm.

I need a Certificate of Residence Letter in order to sell a car registered in my name. The car was registered in Bangkok and my 90 day reporting is in Bangkok CW. However I have just retired to Sattahip in Chonburi Immigration, where I also have a property in my name, and also where the car will be sold to. I am being told, the Cert of Residence Letter must come from the same place you do your 90day reporting. I don't want to spend 5 hours queuing in Jomtien Immigration only to find out cannot be done. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hi, I have a tenant staying in my property in Chonburi province. We did his TM30 registration shortly after he moved in. He left for country for Christmas and New Year period and has returned to my property. He has been told that we need to do TM30 again. Is that true? If he has gone to a different property/hotel then yes for sure, but in this case?
