Bricks
in Chiang Mai
I live in the NW corner of CM walled city. I am looking for a place that sells bricks - large one 100mm across, nearby if possible
-
Call Perfect homes or Chiang Mai property.

I will rent my condo soon. I prefer unfurnished or at the most semi furnished, but I feel the tenents mat not agree. What is best for 1) long term rental? 2) others?

technically superb answers thankyou very much

Just curious- if you use an A/C fan only function is it as efficient as a fan?

I believe Quartz is even heavier than Granite, bear in mind.

OK - for the record it is possible to hire an electrician for a few hours at a reasonable rate.
(Yes I instructed him to use terminal blocks instead of tape for the mains cables)
-
ay once caused an arc from a steam cleaner and an open light pug, another time angle grinder through a live cable - not too clever.
Than again electricians get shocks too.

mm i agree spots without a central fixture is kind of overstylish (think 1990s) - but my condo's central fixture is ugly and wiring is external.. so i would prefer clean lines and no central fixture

ah my god, semi gloss or gloss would be not so good!
-
Hmm.. complaints and dire warnings but no contacts.
I don't want to do this job myself because it involves moving the fusebox and i can't isolate this.

Can anyone recommend an electrician for a 2 hour job in Chiang Mai? Prices?

Yes I agree with the door frame, they don't look good either, and a good point about keeping a step, I am planning on avoiding puddles with a sloped floor. I would like a wood door but with so little choice maybe a white MDF molded door is the way to go. Thanks all.

i am suprised, i have a wooden bathroom door back in the UK, no problems - do you have a super strong shower?
-
Will get a lovely light wood front door, want a matching 70x 200 bathroom door, but nowhere seems to have them, the best i can get is a darker colored hardwood. Maybe I should get a uPVC door because everywhere has them - do they have real advantages over natural wood for the bathroom? (personally i want to stay away from plastic and fake wood wherever possible)

I went to Shiraz and met the owner - he left a good impression on me as a old master in his trade
