Is it easy to get a tourist visa for Thailand here? And what about a doubly entry?

Is it possible for a Swedish person to get a tourist visa (for Thailand) in Manila. Double or triple ?

You will not truly get a retirement visa at immigration.
You can do a change of visa status at immigration in Bangkok and at some nearby offices to get a 90 day non immigrant visa entry. It takes two trips to immigration 15 days apart to get the visa/entry stamp. You must have at least 15 days remaining on your current entry to apply.
Dependent upon where you living it might be easier to make a trip to Vientiane or Penang to get a single entry non-o visa for being 50 or over.
Then during the last 30 days of the 90 day entry you will get from the change or the non-o visa you can apply for a extension of stay based upon retirement at your local immigration office.
What office more than Bangkok can do it ? And is it at least 15 days remaining the same in all offices ?

Home country or permanent residency. It's impossible to apply in Thailand.

I don't know. He is just a friend of a friend. So I only see him a few times every year. And I got an e-mail where he asked me

No he have bought a restaurant/guesthouse. And a expensive lawyer like to do it for him

My friend asked me which one that he should apply first for? I told him first the visa and then the WP. So I just like to check it here.

I have the 1 year extension of stay based on retirement. Is it 30 or 45 days before it expire, that I can apply for another year in Bangkok ??
-
Yes you have to report.
My personal experience - no need to report in the circumstances you describe. Departure from Thai negates such need. However, if it is convenient and makes you feel more comfortable - then report.
Departure from Thailand negates such need if he leave Thailand within 90 days. If he leave Thailand after 93, 120 or 150 days it doesn't.....

You don't need a WP to open or using a bank account here.

Why tell us the childs mother is your wife ? If you never have been married, When asking question about visa, denied entry and being legal father ? Wife or girlfriend can make a big difference for some answers here.

I have to file at the US embassy with daughter and wife present. I'll have to be creative.
According to your post she is your girlfriend and not your wife !!

Maybe you get an answer if posting in another forum

Am I correct in saying that if you hold a multi non-immigrant O visa (married to a Thai), and when that visa has expired, you cannot get a further multi non-O visa from say Laos, you have to apply for an extension?
When your non O visa expire, you can apply for a new non O visa at embassies/consulates outside Thailand.

What's a 90 day visa extension ? Is it the 90 day report you talked about ?
-
If more than one day, then go the legal way

First it was linked to the Bangkok bombing, then linked to the reds. And now linked to the guards

Thanks for the answer Joe. I was not sure about it either. Just like the OP I had heard about this.

I would not say that telling them your address is "extras". You have to go there and tell them your address every 90 days when you have your extension.
Don't have to go, can report by mail.
Don't have to report by mail....internet

Extension as dependent
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits

When the husband is working with WP and a one year extensionof stay. And the wife will apply for a extension of stay as dependent. Does she have to to outside Thailand and get a non O visa first? Or can she get it with a tourist visa?
