Er, they’re jammed because of endless paperwork and 1st gear civil servant work rate.

What part of “under investigation” escapes your fevered mind? You don’t shame someone until you can be certain of the facts.

Send out the call for Big Joke to sort out! I wonder what the local politician and police officers would say if it was their daughter who was attacked. Much different response I dare say.

He should publicize his boss’s phone number to let the public give him an earful. I wonder what his boss would say if this young man stopped to prevent HIS daughter from being attacked?! Probably give a 50 baht/ mo. raise.

The way to get rid of a pesky hard worker is by transfer or promotion... or both!

Since most Thais revere wealth above all else, why should they care if they advertise their bounty. It will only lead to more reverence and respect and a positive reflection on those who chose them as having good judgement. As for taxes, they can use the recently popular response of “it was given as a gift to me by people I forget”.

Solution, take the passports when arrested then send pictures and descriptions to all exit ports. Any immigration officer found complicit in helping any fugitive escape must serve mandatory 10 year sentence and lose all government benefits. 

His superior should have been aware of this behavior and should have taken care of it earlier. He should also be sanctioned and demoted or kicked off the force entirely for dereliction of duty.

If you sat down these women and had them respond in total honesty, they would admit that deep down they knew their man was a philanderer but they thought they could change them. Then when they find out they couldn’t change them, they start the drama. You can’t change a tiger’s stripes. Women, stop falling for the flash if you want to avoid these scenes.
