The six cops are still on duty? Do the (potential) tourists know about this?
And in another story a Thai Oligarch wants wealthy tourists lured in, perfect.

What did they expect in that lawless cesspit. The RTP enforces a law, the people aren't use to that.

Public bleedin opinion, no, no.
Qualified expert direction, if you can't find it locally have a look what other countries are doing.

You jest, complete forensic analysis - - even with the world's press watching the Kho Tao murder unfold they screwed that one up as well.
No screw up, turned out just the way they wanted it to.

So if a particular murder doesn't harm Thailand's image, then there wouldn't need to be a full police investigation???
Do they have a "quickie" or "mini" murder investigation when "image" isn't involved?
Yes, they use the word "Suicide"

Those who shelter their loot in the tax havens around the world aren't generally known for their social conscience.

Nothing wrong with propellars. Old tech but more refined since invented and still used on new planes today. Sounds like a big mouth, know all, know nothing type person. FB is full of them.
Its not about propellers, it's about a poor response to Covid 19 and social distancing.

Without tourists TAT has taken over the road toll numbers and they need a boost, here goes.

"consider the recovery plans" ??
There can be no recovery plans...the airline will never be viable....the only plan to be devised is how to throw more good money after bad, into the bottomless pit of failure, that is Thai.
And how much his head of comittee fee will be.

In spite of his wealth, not even the bar girls call him Hansom Man.

If the billionaires of the world had a social conscience many of the worlds ills would be under control, instead they create and invest in things that create illness and disharmony.
I don't deny they try to do some good but their philanthropy just doesn't seem to be enough and for some it is little more than self promotion and a tax right off.
Now if governments could get them to pay all the tax that is due, would things be different?

So after reading Edwin from Wildlife rescue's post, it would show that once again that old Thai chestnut of face interferes with all reason and decency. thais caught out lying and neglecting the animals that can no longer turn a profit. Now the foreigners trying to do the right thing are caught up in the laws that protect the guilty and shameless.
I would like to think there will be international exposure of this story.

The fight of the fittest.
Well run establishments with savings, will survive. Bars with less number of regular customers (often due to lack of quality hostesses), will go down. They had it coming any way. Old fat hostesses who play with their phones, doesn't attract customers.
Less than half might survive if this last 6 months. Remains will be bought by big brother chinese, and lots of new hostesses ????
But will they get it, or will they just go back to opening a bar, next to a bar that is next to another bar that is across the soi from many other bars.

Not sure where Khaowong1 got the idea that there's no vaccine for polio. The first one was developed in 1950. There were others developed after that. Jonas Salk developed his vaccine in 1955 and the oral vaccine came into play in 1961.
There are two vaccines that have all but eliminated polio globally.
Both vaccines are on the WHO's list of essential vaccines.
Apart from this current situation, it is because of these pioneers of vaccines that many of us live in a relatively disease free world, and in this disease free world loonies think we don't need vaccines.
OK, no worries let's go back to the days when your children die or are disfigured from the ravages of pathogens.
We need a vaccine for this and we all need to take it.

Stop messing around and get to the point, Thailand to be the HUB of vaccines.

My goodness, there are a more than a few female Thai sinners, and video stars in other countries tarnishing the fine and pure image of Thailand.
Arrest them all I say.

Ok Ok, lets just unlock the lock down all over the world if that's what the well intentioned people really want.
Try selling food to the dead, clocking on to your job to work with your dead workmates.
It is only because of the world wide lockdowns that have given many people the mindset that everything's OK and that the lockdowns should be lifted, without these drastic measures more countries would have suffered great loss of life and ongoing economic hardship.
The part that troubles me the most is bailing out corporations and not providing enough to the people, after all it's the masses that pay for goods and services from theses corporate greed heads.

Thailand Billionaire Keen to Restart Tourism
in Thailand News

Good points of course, why does a Thai billionaire not realise any of this?
The elites continue to believe that at the press of a button they will come and now we're back to that old chestnut of quality tourists.
The countries appeal is its low cost, some of witch is in the past now.
