Riding a motorcycle behind a bus is the safest way to travel as no one will get in your way LOL. As a motorcyclist, I really don't find them to be much of a problem.
 
If they had to choose between banning motorcycles and buses, it would be the motorcycles that go... as is the case in most Chinese cities.

One of the biggest coach parks is actually between Beach Rd and 2nd Rd, near the Twin Palms hotel.
The problem seems difficult to solve; it just gets moved from one location to another: Beach Rd to Bali Hai, then back again.

Some people say 6 months and others 3 months? So how old can my income letter be when I apply for my retirement extension at immigration?

The tourist buses take people to their hotels as they do anywhere in the world. The buses to the bus station do not.
However, they should be banned on Beach Rd.

Casinos is only your speculation.

Having lived here for 12 years I never heard a Thai citizen complain about the baht buses.

 

Why is it foreign guests here complain about everything and cause hate and discontent on line?

 

And we wonder why the citizens are beginning to dislike us more and more?

You can try the complaints website, direct to the Mayor of Pattaya. I doubt if it does much good, but it is there for you to use. Perhaps if they get enough complaints about coaches running their engines all day, adding to warming and pollution, they might take some notice. I made a similar complaint a few weeks ago.

The financial requirement and Thai health insurance are "no starters".

What is the real benefit to the Retiree from this proposals!

Do they think falang is stupid and they let their money sit in a Thai bank with no interest paid.

Also, for the Thai health insurance issue, there should be an exception for those who apply who can prove they currently have health care insurance.

My Thai wife of 7-years and I when to three Pattaya banks today to request a bank loan to purchase a townhouse. My wife is also a USA citizen, as am I and she speaks fluent English, as well as Thai.

Pissed me off as none of the banks officers spoke English and spoke to my wife who isn't the family financier. For the first bank I continually asked interpretation questions and the last two I just sat there.

Cops don't search your car because they have evidence, they search your car because they have probable cause to look for evidence.
 
As the article says 75% of Americans agree that there is enough probable cause to warrant a search into Trumps activities.  Sounds like a vote of no confidence to me.

Immediately upon swearing in, Pence will pardon Trump.
 
Eventually Pence will have to resign, I'm thinking Paul Ryan will already have resigned.

There is no requirement for the background check to apply for an extension.
Thai immigration only checks with interpol for warrants when they suspect some illegal activity. 

Sad --- the Obama Administration was "fat" and a drain on the economy (i.e. "the un-Affordable Health Care Act"). Democrats are jealous to President Trumps successes and looking to find/make-up failures. The Obama Administration had numerous failures but for the sake of America we put-up with his arrogance and failures.

I guess if your numbers are accurate it depicts the Obama Administration had failed in helping the American people as the Trump Admin only took office 4-months ago.

Also, for those kids currently in high school, you need to either further your education (college or trade school) or enlist in the military for a career as McDonald type jobs are not designed to support families!

Respectively, you appear to be an excellent authority on Thai immigration activities. I add my following comments from my 35-year work experience as a US law enforcement official:

As it applies to a OA Visa holder and looking to apply for an extension, the police report merely checks a box that the cited applicant has no police infractions since the last submitted report. The benefit for this review from the law enforcement community is to reject "bad apples" from staying in Thailand under the long-term Visa extension basis. Not sure what type of universal databases are available in Thailand but the US has a couple of databases which allow limited access privileges based on the users need(s).

Maybe this review will deport problem Farangs based on creditable law enforcement records.

Not sure where this remark came from but President Trump has received "high marks" on his current Middle-East travel and a lot of other issues (i.e. Russia and Comey) are fake news (made-up by Democrat influence) to side-track the Trump Administration. Democrats are unhappy as Trump continues to "drain the swamp"! Yeah Trump!

Whatever the decision is, recisiprocity is a bitch. If done as a requirement for US tourist Visa issuance, most Thais would not qualify as US health insurance as implemented under the Obama Administration isn't affordable!
