  1. Hi all,

I applied on 20 December for visa extension, my non-o visa ends on 5 January and got the phone appointment with immigration on 7 February(I have to call them to know if I got the extension).

so from 5 January to 7 February I will be in overstay? is it normal that I got the appoint after 1 month and half from the day of application?

when should I submit my first 90 days report TM47, on 5 January or 90 days from 5 January?

    TIA

    What he said ^^^.

The solar installers know they have you over a barrel so they can bump up their costs, expect equipment and accessories to be 40 - 45% of the total installed cost. And yes, they do have to be actual registered contractors, you can't DIY "to code" and get approval, I asked!

LiFePO4 batteries are significantly more long-lived than lead-acid and keeping them in the 20-80% charge range should put them well into the 8,000 cycles (22 years' worth) bracket before they lose a significant amount of capacity.

Li-ion batteries are too dangerous I don't want a bomb near my home so LiLiFePO4 batteries is the only go for me as I can buy the single cells but I have to import them. is there any trusted LiFePO4 cells or batteries seller here?

my only concern about the LiFePO4 batteries is the working environment temperature that is too high here.

  4. volcano is intended also for liquid/concentrated so I guess is not allowed, I'm in the same situation and I was think to bring the arizer desktop model that is just for dry herbs and not liquid but I think they can confiscate it anyway. btw they sell all these devices locally in Thailand but at triple price so maybe better pay three times the price than a lowyer

How accurate in weight are your purchases - online or in dispensary?
    Does anyone check their purchases?

With some drugs sold on the street - cocaine, heroin, ... - the dealer cuts the product (steps on it) to make more money.  Do online shops or dispensaries just cut the product in weight to make more of a profit?

    Just wondering ...

someone has found the weed not dried fine or the presence of to much leaves or sticks so not well cured but when is so cheap might be not a big deal.

    They do.

However, it is very difficult to tell without looking at documentation (e.g., passport) how long one has been in the country.  So, if when stopped by police you show your valid foreign driver's license and your valid International Driver's Permit, it's very unlikely that police will ask to see your passport which would show when you entered Thailand in order to calculate if you have been in the country for fewer than 90 days.

Nevertheless, if there were a significant accident or other reason for the police and/or insurance companies to investigate further, I don't doubt that they could access information showing when you entered Thailand to determine if you were driving legally or not.  It's worthwhile to obtain a Thai driver's license if you are going to be in Thailand for longer than 90 days so that you will be legally licensed while driving.

Police is not a concern, I used a 1949 IDP since 2014, I have been stop daily by Police, they never checked the stamp date on passport, also even always in my possession I never been requested to provide my EU driving license, they are not prepared or informed on all this matter my concern is the insurrance that might not cover me in case of claim due an incident.
