Classification of Cannabis Cannabis plants in the genus Cannabis and their parts are designated as narcotic substances under Category 5, except for the following: (a) Exceptions for Specific Plant Parts: Bark, stem, fibers, branches, roots, leaves that do not have floral tops or buds, and are not mixed with the tops or buds. Extracts containing cannabidiol (CBD) with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) not exceeding 0.2% by weight and which have received approval or registration according to relevant laws. (b) Cannabis seeds used for: Cultivation, or Production of oil for consumption, or Production of ingredients approved under food or drug laws. --- Page 2 Individuals or entities engaged in the research, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, or possession of cannabis parts, must strictly comply with relevant laws. Medical professionals and traditional medicine practitioners must also adhere to regulations issued by the Ministry of Public Health. The following are prohibited: Selling cannabis or products containing cannabis through vending machines or online platforms. Advertising or promoting cannabis for recreational use or in a manner encouraging inappropriate consumption. Sale of cannabis is prohibited near the following places: Educational institutions of all levels, Dormitories, Religious places, Public parks or amusement parks. The use of cannabis for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited. Individuals must not smoke or consume cannabis in public areas, temples, schools, or other locations that could cause disturbance to the public. Violations are subject to penalties as prescribed by law. To promote health and prevent misuse, the Ministry of Public Health urges the public to use cannabis only under medical supervision or as allowed by law. Effective Date: This announcement shall be in effect from the date of its publication in the Royal Gazette. Hello everybody, I have 2 rai close to Surin with chanote title, I'd like to buy a little extension(1 rai just for gardening purpose) next to me from my neighbour but that land has not any title, land department confirmed that is not government land and to purchase it we should go to the village boss(poojaban). Im aware about the risk I can loose that land, so knowing that, my question is what should be my bid as neighbour requests 1000 baht per tarangwat, chanote plot land(not rice field) is about 2000baht per tarangwat there. land is already leveled, with water, electricity and internet at 1 meter and concrete road done, I have to fence it and no other jobs to do.
