Lol, you are thick. It is a catch all section I posted. There are an infinite number of mitigating factors and are judged based on the totality of the circumstances. It is literally impossible to post all of them. They sometimes will say specific factors so they define how mitigating a factor is.... It also doesn't say that being insane is a mitigating factor specifically in every law in the penal code lol....... Imagine if you had to write every possible mitigating factor in every single possible crime.... lol.... Imagine a general catch-all section of law that allows judges to use the totality of the circumstances lol. I guess when given a range of punishments judges just pick the punishment randomly, lol. I would recommend a University over a Thai language school. The extensions are for an entire year instead of every 3 months. Can get at least 5 years out of that and will be at a higher level in Thai. You also get a degree out of it. Step 1: powerlifting style lifting along the lines of Starting Strength Linear Progression or I like barbell medicine. This not only makes you stronger but increases the strength of your tendons/ligaments and increases bone density. This will reduce serious injuries from training or if you are attacked. Step 2: After a few weeks add in Low Intensity Steady State cardio plus core work like planks. Step 3: transition to less lifting but enough to fight sarcopenia and begin Muay Thai and BJJ. Find a club/ instructor that has guys that can work within your limitations. Step 4: Avoid fights.

Fat fingers on a phone not withstanding. howlee101, the security clearance is why a Thai can’t do the job. For those confused, not a civil servant/GS. Yes I understand the company takes care of everything. I can influence which method they use if more than 1. Unless I specify, they will do what is easiest for them not what is best for me.

Can't be too specific, but.... E.g. liason, planning, translation, consulting, teaching etc between US-Thai military. I'm curious if there are more than 1 option available and would try to push for whatever is the most advantageous, should I take it.

I was curious if anyone know what types of visas/extensions US military contractors with security clearances (have to be US citizens) are using? I'm not sure if there are multiple options (Type F, BOI, etc.) or is it a straight non-B. It'd be a US company working for the US government (possibly no 4 thai employees, etc.). Any of them eventually get Permanent Residency out of it? TIA

The way i understand it is เอาแต่ใจตัวเอง is more like just doing what you want and not compromising (My way or the highway?). For example, always going to the restaurant that you want instead of maybe letting your friend pick since you picked last time. เห็นแก่ตัว is covered pretty well by selfish I think. Has a more self-interest and maybe financial, etc. component to it. Someone may be able to chime in and correct me here, but I think this example might work: He is เอาแต่ใจตัวเอง because he and his friends will do what he wants or he isn't gonna go, but he is not เห็นแก่ตัว because he is very generous and always pays for his friends and donates lots of money.

I haven't found the dictation or spell/grammar check that great in Microsoft Word. Anyone have good experiences with any plug-ins or software for this? Would be used often for writing reports etc. at school at a C1-C2 (CEFR) or ILR 3 level. TIA.

I stayed there a few months ago. Have the highest status in IHG but nothing in the ambassadors program. Booked the cheapest room, and they said it was "upgraded." Not really sure. It's a nice property but a little inconvenient if you wanna be able to just walk out to the beach and swim. It's on a rocky outcrop. I prefer the Holiday Inn in Pattaya if you're trying to be IHG branded. If partial to staying at the Intercontinental, I liked the one in Hua Hin.
