Where did you get that info? I haven't seen any confirmation if all of the reopening businesses and services need vax certificate or just dine in. It's not stated anywhere so it seems like everyone is only guessing.

And at the same time if someone can confirm anything at this time, would be great to know if shops in malls are allowing to take in only Green or Yellow card holders or everyone??

All these points and details without any clear information on the requirements of Green and Yellow cards. We still don't know who can go where on Sep 1. Looks like the only way to be sure is when people start trying to get into malls and parks on Wed. Hard to understand what's the secret – why not just let the public know how it's going to be!

So the only way to know is to try haha. It's too bizarre why they can't just make it clear. Seems to me that if everyone can go everywhere freely then the anti-vaxxers are the winners of this situation. If dine in is really the only place where a certificate is required, then it pretty much doesn't limit the vaccination haters from living normally. I'm fine with that but just quite the opposite to Europe.

So even after days of this unclear reporting, does anyone have an understanding if the vax certificate is applied to dine in only or all the other reopening businesses? It's still not stated clearly, which is unbelievable. Parks and malls are opening in 2 days and we still don't know for sure who can get in??

I mean seriously what an absolute circus this is becoming. 3 days to go before these new rules come into effect and nobody knows if you need to be vaxed to get into a mall or park etc. Are they making it unclear purposely or what?? Also, many of us who got our jabs abroad are waiting for the info how to get the Green card. Should be simple as it's already used to enter the sandbox, but I bet they can manage to make a complicated issue about that too.

Exactly! How could anyone understand what this means. It doesn't state clearly that you need to be fully vaxed to enter all of the reopening services. Today they just keep repeating this same news without the most important detail. On Twitter nobody seems to be sure who can go to the parks or malls on Sep 1. Even Richard Barrow doesn't have an answer yet haha. What a mess they can make out of simple thing. Most news sites only mention that you need to have a vax certificate to dine in but what about the other places. Hardly they're going to ask for it to go to the park?
